Just bought a VW Passat 2018 of this trader, I had I lot of concerns because it was a high mileage 145k , when I come to see the car James was doing his best to answer all my questions , all nicely with zero aggressive selling policy .My concerns were unfounded, as the car had been prepared to the highest standards. The car was not only looking grate , but what is most important was with non mechanical issues, drives absolutely spot on . After a purchase process James explained a few more things to me and give me further advice about the maintenance the car. The man is welcome and knowledgeable.
Definitely recommend JustVwAudi to all as there is no many trusted car dealers around like this one.

Bought a VW Passat Estate from JustVW Audi in Glenrothes and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The car was absolutely gleaming when I collected it, valeted to a very high standard, with a fresh MOT and no advisories, which gave me real confidence from the start.

The car looks, drives and feels like brand new. You can tell it’s been well looked after and properly prepared before sale. The owner was also very easy to deal with throughout — straightforward, helpful and couldn’t fault him at all. On top of that, he gave me a 3-month warranty as well, which was a great extra bit of peace of mind.

When I eventually upgrade, I’ll definitely be sticking with this garage, and sticking with VW too — I’d forgotten just how reliable they are.

Absolutely amazing experience! Had some small issue with a car after purchasing (heater matrix blocked). James been very helpful and replaced it himself without the hassle of doing it through the warranty company.

Great experience buying a B8 Passat. Very easy to deal with. Went the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. Nice handover when collecting the car. The cars they sell look to be the cream of the used VW/Audi's - so save yourself the bother of searching through the dross and just buy a VW Audi from these guys.
