The website uses a cloned storefront and a fake courier service (elitecargologistic.com) to lure victims.

After orders are placed, victims receive demands for an additional “refundable delivery insurance fee” of $200, which is never refunded.

Payments are requested via Osko or direct bank transfers to an Australian bank account under the name Kellie Cripps (BSB 636220, Account 99982017), linked to Cuscal Limited.

The domain is hosted by Beget.

Communications are timed to Australian business hours, indicating local operation.

This scam has been reported to the Commonwealth Bank, Cuscal, Scamwatch and the Australian Federal Police. Just Vapes Australia's use of an Australian financial institution, a .com.au domain and timing their emails to Australian business hours makes them subject to Australian jurisdiction

This company took my money and I didn't hear from them the second I paid them . scammers

I purchased from them and delivery takes up to 2 weeks. At first I was very worried but later they delivered exactly what I ordered… will be placing another order soon.

I never received my order. Just took the money. Never answer email and when you go onto chat then they cut you off

lots of things are wrong here and I probably should have listened to the red flags - needing to pay via a direct deposit was a big one I chose to ignore. They use a bogus delivery company "Aux Post" and have now, somehow, disabled the chat function so I can't continue to ask for my refund. DONT purchase anything through them, you WILL lose your money.

I'm currently in touch with my bank taking steps to have this account closed but I'm sure they will open another.. I've also flagged the websites (yes more than one) as a scam website.
I'm not sure how these people sleep at night, I bet their parents are so very proud of how their children make their money.

This website is a fake one trying to replicate a business in the UK. I was lucky enough to find this out before I gave them money. they have things on the website that are free, you have to message them to pay and all payments are pay ID or bank transfer. Big red flags. Honestly I feel bad that for the people that this has worked on so hopefuly someone finds joy in knowing that I wasted about an hour of this guys time with the order details, then once he wanted payment bullyed the f*** out of him till he closed the chat.

Ripped off big time this company cannot sell vapes of any sort in Australia as they advertise but they will take your money I'm out a few hundred and only on a pension .. only pharmacy can sell vapes

Don't buy of these guys, complete scam company, must have a $200 minimum order, want you to use payid to pay, and has stolen the logo from a vape company from the EU. Absolute rip off
