I placed an order (They only accept order valued at over $200.00).with justvapes.com.au. I stupidly paid via Osko to a "Max Gallagher". At the time I placed the order, I was told they had the stock and that the order would be dispatched the next day from their warehouse in Quakers Hill, NSW. An order number flashed up on the screen before I could note it. I followed up almost immediately and the person who uses the name "Scott" on their chat said "There is a delay." There wasn't a delay when I placed the order just a few minutes earlier.I followed up the next day via email for confirmation of order. No reply. I emailed again yesterday and received a reply from their sales email address stating " I only take payments. I have nothing to do with day to day orders." Today I advised them -"You are the one the payment went to so you are the one who can effect a full refund.
When someone buys products or services, they enter into a contract with the seller.
Businesses are not allowed to accept payment for goods or services if they know, or should have known, they would not be able to supply the goods or services in a timely manner.
This is considered misleading or deceptive conduct.
It doesn’t matter if the business intended to mislead or deceive. What matters is how their statements and actions affect the thoughts and beliefs of a consumer.
Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses must provide a solution if they are unable to supply a product or service that a consumer has paid for, on time or within a reasonable time.
I am entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law if a seller fails to deliver the goods within a reasonable time frame.
I have given you 3 days for a refund to be effected.
If I do not receive it by Wednesday 15th April 2026, I will lodge a claim with Fair Trading" , - I have now done this. I also reported them to ScamWatch. The name linked to this business is not Max Gallagher. It is Steve Gill. Also I note that today although their email addresses are running their website has been taken down.

Excellent company, goods are of top quality also. If there are ever delays customer service is always willing to help out also.

I ordered off this website, last month and was supposed to arrive 24 th of February its now March and nothing has arrived. They support poor communication and this is a total scam.

I ordered, paid for order. They wanted $125.00 for insurance. Then another email for postage$ 250.00. Then they wanted more money. I keeped

email and message through the site.
Now I’m blocked. DO NOT ORDER WITH JUST VAPES AUSTRALIA, they are a SCAM.

This 'company' is an absolute SCAM. Do not order any products from them.
I asked for an ETA on my order, was told that someone would get back to me 'shortly' and then I was blocked.

Oh man, I wish I saw these reviews earlier.
Before purchase I contacted them on their online chat. Immediate response. They gave me the bank details to transfer the money to, after sending the funds, they confirmed the order. After a week I tried to contact them back to find out about the order status, only to find out that I was blocked. I have reported to police. They are investigating. Bank is also investigating. But I think this might be a lost cause. Didn't think sending money to another Australian bank account would be so risky. They not responding to emails or chat.

Purchased over $200 of vapes, however site is a scam site, no delivery and only insane messages then asking for another $50 for a tracking number

I ordered a vaporizer from Justvapes September 6th, I didn't get an invoice, I haven't received any information regarding delivery. Every time I ask about order, I get nothing. Just tried again, they asked me for order no. which I have, then he signed off without explanation. I would like to know when the delivery will happen, otherwise if this is a scam, I will have to find another location.

Made an order and made payment then was blocked and not been able to make contact total scam site DO NOT TRUST

Contacted the store to ask if they had a unit in stock.
They confirmed they did and I made payment.
Number of days later, I asked for an update, no reply. Now they have blocked my number.

It is a scam these people took my money. No com since. No goods . WARNING. Just don’t go there. Worst shop ever. Please pass on around the block. Absolute bunch of tools
