From booking to coming home great service. Vouchers sent shortly after booking. Good green fees prices.
When there, we had to contact the office to request a change of tee off time. I am sorry I did not get the name of the person I spoke to but he was friendly, understanding and helpful. He contacted the course, changed the time and sent new vouchers for our final round two days ahead. He also initially checked the reason for the request , particularly checking the course condition. Overall an excellent service and since we visit every year around this time, more business will be put their way.

Efficient and personal service
I have used Just Tee Times for bookings for a number of holidays in the Algarve. They have always been very efficient, and on this latest occasion they were particularly helpful when our party had enforced late changes.

The process was pretty easy and everything worked well from the interaction of selecting courses, pricing, actually reserving and checking in at the courses. Would certainly use again. The only suggestion would be having more information readily available on the golf courses available while trying to select courses. Perhaps some tiering of possible courses to help understand quality, playability, etc. we had no idea of any of the courses. The rep was very helpful and answered all of our questions. That said we didn’t know the pool of courses actually available. That would have helped us narrow things down.
