Quality shoes.

Fast secure shipping. Shoes were correct fit and of excellent quality. Being leather, they are quite rigid at the start but quickly wear in with a couple of wears. Highly recommended.

Absolutely shocking customer service.

Absolutely shocking customer service.
I ordered some some boots for a wedding.
Two days before I'm due to leave when chasing the delivery (that should have arrived nearly a week ago) I am advised they wont be dispatched until a over month after their original release/dispatch date as their sold out. How can you over sell a pre-order. Not even an apology received. Leaving me in a sticky spot to find a replacement.

Poor email service

It could have been me, miss reading the order or advert, didn’t realise that my order was pre order, very little emails to say that this was the case and when I emailed for concern as it were for a wedding I thought they were very matter of fact,
When the order did arrive I pleasantly surprised and made the whole look for the wedding realy smart

I have 3 pairs of sandals all of which…

I have 3 pairs of sandals all of which are soooo comfortable but also very smart, I wear them to the opera as well as walking around all day. I have rheumatoid arthritis and had given up looking for pretty and comfortable shoes/sandals. I always keep an eye out for sales
