These shoes/ boots are amazing to look at. The fit is perfect, I'm a size 9 and they fit like slippers. They are very stylish and original. I like them especially as u don't see many of they same around.
To be honest I just like Justin Reess shoes and boots. I must have six pairs now. If you have never had any you should definitely try a pair or two.

Size was

completely wrong even when match with a similar type shoe im a size 13 uk this even though it ssid 13 it look more like a 10. Very disappointed

Postage was fine, however, the lining at the front of the shoe is rigid and rubs against toes. A softer material (natural) would make them a lot more wearable. As it is I’ve had to buy toe cushioning to make them not cause blisters/bleeding on the toes.

I was kept abreast of the whole process. Quite frankly, I expected to have to return the boots but they are beautiful and comfortable!

Fast shipping, great pull out shoe box and love the shoes itself. Light, well made and a great fit. Great value for money

The quality of these is outstanding, I thought at first too tight for a size nine, so wore them for a few days around the house. The a full day in them for a wedding and they were very comfortable, and did draw some shoe envy from other guests, of course I told them where I got them. Super happy with them, the care to include a shoe bag, shoe horn, and a box that is almost to good to throw away.

So comfortable, thought I had slippers on all day 😂

Quality of shoes are good. The sizing however is way off! I've been a size 10 for longer than I care to remember, the 10 I received were definitely not a standard size 10, I could barely get them on nevermind tie the laces or even attempt to walk in them. I now have the arduous task of their returns and refund process at my own cost which I am not happy about at all! Buy with caution and I'd advise ordering at least one size above your needs.

My only downside was paying to return as it cost me £15 which was a bit annoying and having to print out the returns form and fill it in myself.

Other than that I'm sad they didn't fit because they were genuinely amazing shoes, I went elsewhere and spent more than twice as much for my wedding shoes and although my shoes were amazing the whole package wasn't the same, my shoes her
