Just Keepers Ltd Recenzje

I bought a pair of reusch gloves and they had worn holes through them after 1 session of goal keeper training,I sent an email of complaint with photos of the gloves in question that I had purchased and had an email back saying that this was normal???..I don’t think so and I’m very disappointed and annoyed that this has happened after spending £40,I’ve had numerous gloves from your website and they have lasted mths,I only wanted a refund or would have accepted an exchange but I was offered neither so I won’t be buying gloves from your website again now and will tell others people I know also and will leave feedback on your website as I’m really not happy at all

Really efficient and knowledgeable service.

Everything from beginning to end is fantastic service

Terrible service. Gloves ripped and were unusable after one use. I asked for an exchange or refund and was told that due to the hot weather the gloves have worn quicker…nonsense when you have been buying gloves for 10 years…poor customer service, poor customer support. Will. Or be using this company again.

Lovely gloves. Quick delivery

As usual, easy to order, delivery well within suggested dates. Have got my goalkeeping kit from Just Keepers for years, never had any problems with anything i've purchased from them.

More than happy with my purchase.
Quick delivery. Well packaged and good quality product

Great company to deal with and great offer thanks 🧤

I wasnt sure whether to put a review about the company but after seeing the other reviews here I see im not the only one with issues.
Firstly before i get to the bad bit, delivery was very quick and free postage was a bonus when spending £50 so I popped another pair on to save the delivery fee. I personalised the gloves for a small fee as well.
My lad has been a keeper for a few years now and has always had One Gloves direct from them but this time he wanted gloves like his Idol so we chose Reusch. The Alisson special offer ones. They arrived when I was at work and he was excited and put them on, big smiles and everything and when I got home id noticed a bit of the latex on the thumb was already damaged. I assumed he'd removed the protective film and damaged them, he is only 10, but he said they hadnt had any on. (OG always has it on) anyway, I wasnt massively impressed but I let it go. He has worn them for 2 matches now and the thumb has disintegrated at the tip, there is damage on the palm and most of the other tips all showing signs of wear. After just 2 matches.
Yes I hear everyone saying, thats not Just Keepers fault, and thats true. Their response though has been really poor. I sent an email and just asked what could be done, raise the issue and they just very curtly said basically it was our fault, thats where the gloves wear, latex is a natural product etc etc, much like other reviewers have said. Well sorry but no. The lads OGs last a season, yeah they do show signs of wear in the same places but not after 2 matches. And to shift the blame to us, and more explicitly a 10 year old is pretty shoddy. We follow all guidance about removing properly and using fists to get up, hes a good keeper and knows how to treat his gloves.
All I wanted was a way to move forward, some offer maybe on next purchase or ask to return them at my cost for investigation but just to be cut off very curtly been blamed and treated like an idiot, and doubting my son, is not the way to conduct a good business.
My next course of action is to contact Reusch about the gloves and I advise others to as well if they've had issues as im not the only one to have had issues with them.
The other gloves we got were HO soccer Initial. A cheaper pair for training and hard astro come winter. Amazingly no signs of any wear after three sessions.
But this review isn't about product, its about customer service and Just Keepers, yours is absolutely shocking.

Quick despatch, and quick turnaround when I needed to return/replace for a different size.

Amazing, helpful all perfect

Good quality, great price and came very fast

Great training my son loved it. Good he is straight open tell you what you good what

First brought the xl which was too small and then exchanged to a xxl and it came really quick that surprised me, the padding was great I highly recommend it for yhe price

Very good. Thank you

The elbow pads were not as described. They were advertised as goal keeper arm pads but were designed more as hockey pads and are too restrictive to be used as goalkeepers pads. Couple with the fact that when retuned at buyers costs the transport costs were not refunded. Overall an expensive experience

Great gloves at a great price. 👌

Very good personalised gloves with my name on it. Looks really nice.
