Knowledge and communications important
Plenty of viewings arranged and feedback on reasons for not being interested by prospective buyers were appreciated. Regular telephone calls and emails kept me well informed by the team. House sale took 15 months for completion, much longer than expected. Communications with solicitors were good.

Fantastic service
Nicola and the whole team were fantastic. They really went above and beyond in what turned out to be quite a long process. From negotiating the sale of our old property to getting us into our new house, the sales team were always just a phone call away. We are delighted with the service provided.

Good advice, excellent sales material, friendly hard working team.
We have been extremely pleased with the service provided by Julian Wadden throughout our sale and purchase (they handled both). The initial valuation and subsequent advice from Tom regarding our sale was just right and the sales material was outstanding. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and Nicola in particular worked very hard to keep a complex chain together until completion.
