I was worried at 1st after seeing only…
I was worried at 1st after seeing only 2 reviews and both of them were bad. And one of them said jsd was a scam. I was petrified and thought I had given my details and passport pictures to scammers, and then I tried the scam advisor site and even they said possible scam. but that wasn't the case. As promised 3 days and I got my visa acceptance into Australia. All perfect and above board. All checks out. Quick and easy as promised.

This company are not reliable. Never received Visa
Ordered the premium visa delivery to Vietnam and paid 180 euro. The customer support was non-existent and never received the visa. This company are not reliable and I believe they take advantage of people and I would never recommend the use their services. They also refuse to refund even though they never provided the service promise.

We have emailed your approved visa letter however our team did informed you on several occasion that your visa approval was delayed as Vietnam Immigration went on leave for almost 8 days due to Lunar New Year Celebrations. Please understand we are visa consultants and we can help process your application however visa can only be approved by immigration and we have no authority in that whatsoever. Some situations are not in our control, we will try to do better in future.
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever, when applying for a visa to Australia.
Also, I had to call several times to get several times for getting my VISA. No updates or information were given along the way.
Don't waste your money using this agency. I made a mistake, and found a free of charge solution afterwards. And it was much easier.
