The company had been agents for Webasto and Side-Power since the year 2000. We offer sales, installation, servicing and support of marine heating, air conditioning, bow and stern thrusters, marine refrigeration and marine generators. Good transaction
Transaction was easy. Speed of delivery was good. Only thing stopping five stars was a sliver of info while ordering which said "on back order". Thought we would wait and see and lo! we received the item within 48 hours - so the "back order" info was a bit confusing. On the whole, JPC Direct is a very good company to deal with.

I needed a thermostat for our water heater on the boat. Ordered it on Sunday evening and by Monday morning it had been dispatched by Fedex. Great service!

Excellent service
Item didn’t appear to be complete, O ring was missing, Tom checked with packaging of the same item in warehouse and was able to tell me that the o ring was loosely packed with item. So my mistake - I threw it out with packaging . Usefully Tom sent me dimensions of O ring and I was able to find a replacement.
