Thank you for taking the time to review us! We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear you were happy with the packaging and delivery. We apologize for the 3-day delivery time — orders placed after Thursday 11:00 am are processed the following week, with deliveries typically being next-day for orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 11:00 am.
Regarding the tripe, our products are sold precooked and clean, but we leave them whole pieces so customers can cut them to their preferred size for cooking. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you again!
