Love this company! Get most of my planner and journal supplies from here because they have the best selection and fast shipping. Ordered their spring mystery box and it did not disappoint! This box introduced me to so many surprising items that I would normally order but am so glad I did. Wish I could attach a picture so you could see how loaded the box was!

Everything that I ordered has met or exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with the product and service I received. The products are way better quality and price than other places I ordered.

The products I purchased make beautiful cards. They arrived well packaged . I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Very satisfied with the quality of product as received this time, however some of the items were much smaller than indicated. Usually I get a free gift but I didn’t get anything this time so that was disappointing.

Journalsay was a new-to-me company that I saw on a YouTube channel that I follow. I was surprised at how good the Spring Sale prices were and then amazed that they provided free international shipping at the same low purchase level as in the US (I think this was free if you spent around $29). I didn't opt in for a free gift as I have been caught out by the UK tax authorities with that before but I still got a tremendous amount of brilliant stationery for a very reasonable cost. Yes, it took a couple of weeks to arrive but for free shipping this still excellent service. I love the washi and PET stickers and tapes that I bought and will have a great time using them in my journal.

I can't say anything about the product but I can say the shipping for me is horrible. My package has been shipped all around the world and back and it has been over a month. I still have not received it yet 😕 😞 😪.but I hope when it does come it will have been worth the wait. It's a learning lesson about shopping overseas. You play the waiting game and l am not good at that........impatient customer

I received my order a lot sooner than what was expected. Everything I ordered is great. I’m new to journaling so I wasn’t very knowledgeable about some of the items I ordered. The products are great, but I wish I knew how to use them. I’m sure that will come in time. Happy to give this place a 5 star review!

The product did not disappoint, I loved each piece that was in the box. It was truly a great mystery box and had more items than I expected in it.

Everything i got is amazing, can't wait to use the stuff. The shipping took some time but not to bad. Everything was packaged great.
