Having been a long-time customer of the online store that is extremely well known, especially by its orange colouring.... anyway, what a pleasant surprise when I received my Journalsay purchase. No plastic bag with everything thrown in, broken pieces sometimes, just a mess. My Journalsay purchase arrived in a beautiful box that was packed with the greatest of care. What a delight to be made to feel like the seller actually cares for their customers. I have only just recently learnt of this business and this was my first purchase, but it definitely won't be my last. Also, I had a question and emailed them. The answer was so quick and the gentleman you deal with is very personable. All around a very satisfactory experience.
