Managed to get hold of the Ignite Pump X Urethane Studio Barbell Set when they were in stock. The communication was good and delivery pretty fast. The bar bell set is excellent! Looks great and really nice quality. Both the bar and the plates are nice to handle, very tactile. Works perfectly for my online pump classes at home. I would definitely buy from this company again and have already recommended the bar bell set to friends.

12 days to get the order to me. Not really the best service when the website says 3 to 5 working days for delivery. The reason was that they had too many orders to pack out hence the delay.

I ordered some Ignite V2 Urethane Discs. They are good quality discs at a decent price and arrived well packaged within the stipulated timeframe. I would order again from Jordan Fitness.

I have been really happy with the service received from initial enquiry, explanation of the product and helping me to choose what I needed as ordering the correct kit can be a minefield. There have been delays however all was explained to me and in the current climate and with delivery issues in every sector I think this is the way things are at present. The people I have spoken to at Jordan are always cheerful and helpful and I would recommend their service and excellent quality products.

Perception from response from customer services did not take the care to look at the specific query and received a glib unconcerned response.
Hopeful that product lives up to expectations to improve overall perception.

Have had excellent service from Jordan fitness in the past. On this occasion in cant give usual 5 stars as 1) still waiting for my dumbbells to arrive and 2) the courier delivering is different to courier used in past by Jordan and the (courier) is a complete shambles and waste of space.

Easy to order on web site. Weights arrived in about 5 days. Wanted to buy some 2.5kg and 5kg but still out of stock.
