If I could give 10 star 🌟 I would.
My baby has had her Highland Cow soother since she was 3 months old and cannot live without it. She lost it while shopping one day so I had to order another from their website.
I received a message from the owner letting me know that due to the weekend, my express delivery would be slightly delayed, however I still received it very promptly. Happy baby = happy mummy! 🩷

My grandson loves his sleep soother lamb. I bought one while visiting the UK and ordered two more upon returning home. Need a back up just in case the first one goes missing and another to give as a gift.

I contacted them, not only was their service exceptional, they sourced a replacement and sent it to me. They didn't have stock but found a supplier that did. They maybe a little boy very happy
