Joint Injection clinic Recenzje 

If anyone has problems with osteoarthritis I would recommend treatment at the Joint Injection Clinic based in Unit 30 of The Base Point Business Centre, Dartford. I suffer from osteoarthritis in both knees and had treatment last week at the above clinic. On arrival at Unit 30 a very helpful Receptionist directed me to the Joint Injection Clinic on Level 1 via lift or stairs. The first hour of parking is free. The Receptionist said she would calculate the parking fee when we returned to her at the enquiry desk. The treatment I received from Asim was excellent. He is clearly an expert in his field. He is also a real gentleman, very calm and polite. It was reassuring that he used an ultra scan on both knees and explained every procedure before injecting. I felt no pain. The relief now is amazing. I can walk down stairs with no problems and balance better. Asim said the problem could reoccur but if it does, I shall be making another appointment with him at the Join Injection Clinic.

Muhammad was absolutely incredible, he was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend him 100%. Fantastic therapy.

Firstly id like to say how professional the whole experience was at the clinic . The surgeon was absolutely brilliant at informing me how the procedure will go . I will definitely not be using any other clinic and would recommend anyone to use this company .

I was referred for physiotherapy following a non-fault road traffic accident in which my stationary car was struck from behind. Unfortunately, my circumstances were particularly complex because I was already recovering from major shoulder surgery following a previous injury sustained under very similar circumstances. My physiotherapist, Muhammad Imran, was made aware that my shoulder was under the care of other professionals and that he was not to treat or manipulate it. His role was to focus solely on my neck and back injuries.

From the first appointment, I left feeling that my concerns were not being fully listened to or taken seriously. Each session followed much the same pattern: electrodes and a heat pad were applied before I was left alone for around 15 minutes while Mr Imran worked on his laptop. The exercises that followed were very basic and did not feel tailored to my injuries or progress. Throughout these appointments, he frequently appeared distracted by his laptop or mobile phone, sending messages and listening to voice notes while I was carrying out the exercises.

Despite my reservations, I continued with the treatment because I wanted to give it a fair chance. Having read many positive reviews beforehand, I assumed my experience might improve over time.

Instead, my confidence deteriorated. During one appointment, an electrode was placed directly onto my healing shoulder despite the clear instructions that it should not be treated. My shoulder immediately began to convulse, causing significant pain. Although the electrode was moved when I asked, the involuntary contractions continued and I experienced an intense panic attack. While the electrode was eventually removed, I did not feel adequately supported while I was in obvious pain and distress. I was repeatedly told to “relax” and, at one point, to “smile”. I found this response dismissive rather than reassuring. As a clinical professional myself, an important part of the job is being able to withstand your patients' pain or discomfort and know how to safely deal with it.

Throughout my treatment, I repeatedly explained that my symptoms were influenced by my ongoing recovery from major surgery. I often felt interrupted while trying to explain my medical history, and I was left with the impression that the significance of my pre-existing injury had not been fully understood or taken into account.

My final appointment was the point at which I decided I could no longer continue. During the assessment, my arm was moved in ways that caused me considerable pain. When I explained that it was hurting, I was asked “why?” and told that it should not be painful. Given my recent surgery, I found this response deeply concerning. Since that appointment, my shoulder pain has worsened and several symptoms that had previously settled have returned.

During the same appointment, Mr Imran also made telephone calls to other patients while I was present, using a different name when arranging appointments. I cannot comment on the reason for this, but I found it unusual and it further undermined my confidence in the professionalism of the service.

During my final appointment, I also noticed that the heat pad being used appeared to have a two-pin plug inserted directly into a three-pin mains socket without the use of an adaptor. I am not an electrician and cannot comment on whether this was appropriate, but it concerned me at the time and raised further questions about the health and safety standards within the clinic. Combined with the other issues I experienced, it further undermined my confidence in the care being provided.

As a result of my experiences, I have decided not to continue with the remainder of my treatment. By the end of my care, I no longer felt safe or confident in the treatment I was receiving. I appreciate that others may have had different experiences, but mine left me feeling unheard, unsupported and, ultimately, worse than when I began. For those reasons, I cannot recommend this service based on my own experience.

The Joint Injection clinic were able to accommodate an in depth untrasound and shounder joint Injection within 24h of my enquiry. The examination was thorough with excellent explanation. Mr Asim Ishaque performed the untrasound guided injection without any fuss or pain. As this was my first joint Injection I was obviously a little nervous but I needn't have been. Professional throughout.

Dr gohir was very friendly and put me at ease instantly, very professional and explained everything step by step.

My wife and I were met in the carpark by Dr Gohir upon arrival at JIC Dartford and taken to his practise rooms. Dr Gohir made us both feel extremely welcome and explained in detail the procedure I was about to under go precisely and clearly, ensuring we asked any questions we may have had. Prior to the procedure ( steroid injection both hip joint) Dr Gohir explained exactly what was going to happen and again asked me if I had questions or concerns. The procedure itself took approx 20 minutes and in my case was pain free. Post procedure Dr Gohir explained how I may feel in the next 24 hrs. He made sure I was feeling OK. We sat with him at his desk for maybe 10 minutes while he advised us what he would be documenting with regards to my procedure and what I should be sharing with my NHS GP. I cannot find anything negative to say about my experience under Dr Gohir / JIC. 10/10

Absolutely outstanding. I have taken my mum to this Joint Injection clinic twice now and the service is absolutely fantastic. The communication from the administration team is phenomenal. I would honestly recommend them to anybody.

I have seen Dr Sameer Gohir for knee joint injections for 3 years now and I would not go anywhere else. I have bone on bone in knee no cushioning between, very painful, & not wanting surgery yet. Dr Gohir is very professional, courteous, respectful, polite gentleman and he explains everything you need to know in detail. I am always made to feel relaxed, comfortable and not rushed, he takes you through everything he’s doing step by step. I have no pain when it’s being done and after I’m pain free for months. From booking with Tam through to appointment & injection with Dr Gohir, it’s all done with ease. I wouldn’t go anywhere else . Highly recommend

After suffering from unbearable shoulder pain for over two months, seeing three different doctors and a physiotherapist with no relief, finding Brian at the Joint Injection Clinic was an absolute turning point for me.

For the very first time in my recovery journey, I truly felt heard, taken seriously, and completely unhurried throughout both the consultation and the treatment. I was treated for 2 inflammatory conditions in the same shoulder/arm - bursitis and early stage frozen shoulder, and Brian's professionalism is second to none. He took the time to meticulously explain exactly what he was seeing on the screen during and after the ultrasound scan. He thoroughly outlined the potential risks and gave me clear, realistic expectations for my recovery after the dual steroid injections.

Because of his thorough approach, I felt fully informed and felt confident that I was in incredibly safe hands. The procedure itself was handled with incredible care where Brian often checked that I was OK, and the relief it has brought me has completely changed my daily life.

My only regret is that I didn't come across Brian and the Joint Injection Clinic much sooner. I cannot thank him enough and highly recommend his services to anyone struggling with joint pain.

Very helpful and supportive staff. Doctor McDiarmid explained very carefully and patiently to me what the treatment was going to be. They also had to arranged my first appointment because of an emergency medical issue and they offered me a discount for the inconvenience. Very professional and I personally high recommended.

I was quite nervous before the procedure, but thanks to the doctor's high professionalism and attentive care, everything went perfectly and successfully. Asim, the Consultant was all round great. Professional, friendly, punctual and gave full explanation of everything he did including the most interesting scan of my knees. The injections of local anesthetic, gel and steroids have improved my knee pain by about 70%. I expect this number to increase as minor swelling settles as it’s only two days ago.

The appointment was on time and the physio therapist was very informative. I haven't taken any pain killers in seven days, so long may it continue.
