Its been 3 weeks till now with Sikhar and there is a great detail I understand about myself - where I am doing good and where I am doing bad. Sikhar also customises the schedule totally - thus making the entire journey really enjoyable. Insights provided and processes suggested makes you a better person overall!

All of us need a mentor at different points of our careers, not always necessarily to learn new skills, but at times to remind us of what we forget in our hustle. The sessions are filled with positivity, are well structured, and give the mentees a sense of direction to work towards.

I have completed 2 month in this program and had my own good and bad days. I would thanks Shikar gurji for being there and sharing his wisdom throughout.

I found the overall experience too formal and hands-off for someone truly seeking guidance. The engagement lacked depth, with minimal personalized support. Extended help, which can be critical during key decision-making points, was noticeably missing. For individuals who may not already be performing at a high level or who are looking for more actionable mentorship rather than just broad advice, the program may fall short. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations in terms of value for money or meaningful outcome.
