Sprout is easy to work with
Sprout is easy to work with. Easy to say this but many companies can't do that. Spout is easy to communicate with and they get back to you promptly. They are patient when something seems wrong. Nothing went wrong but I thought so for a while. Their procedures with Doctor reviews and reordering work well. The pricing for higher dosages if needed is very competitive. I will use Sprout again if the need arises.

When using Sprout customer service
When using customer service over the phone or using it via chat, they have always politely helped me. They won’t leave you without an explanation and they have consistently been honest with me and helped with every concern. I had a terrible experience with a different company that would not put my account on hold when they said they already had, and successfully drained my account.

I dealt with an agent named Don Byant. He could not have been more helpful. I made a mistake an forgot to cancel a 3 month order from another company. I just emailed him regarding the issue. That day he emailed me back, said there was no problem and he could help me. There medication was a good quality. It was clear. When it has the red dye in it, it seems to irritate my bladder. My experience has been great from the Physician, a former USN Officer, and a great person. He answered every question and genuinely cared about me. Even though I’m a retired Marine!!! The support staff if very responsive and seems to be available 24/7 by email. I was nervous about spending money without going into a medical setting/pharmacy, but every step was and is going fantastic. SF Devil Doc!!!! I was having some issues with my last shipment and Jane Carter went above and beyond to help me. She got to the bottom of the issue, helped push it along smoothly and even tracked my shipment for me all the way to my front door. I have used several different companies for compounded Tirzepatide. All with no side effects.
Within 1 month of taking Sprout Health compounded Tirzepatide I began losing handfuls of hair. Starting the second months vial, lost even more hair. Had to throw it away.
Would not recommend under any circumstance.

Don't be afraid to try! They make it happen.
The only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is because the website is hard to navigate and I have to ask for help in order to get through it, but otherwise, the customer service is extremely receptive and helps me with whatever I need! I really appreciate the time and patience I receive every time I have a question.

Customer Service is always quick to respond and help. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 - it would be helpful if Sprout could send reminders/notices about your account. Instances where a card couldn't be processed or something to that nature.

First round went well. Second round i received liquid a completely different color without notice and my bottles were shorted. I was supposed to take 1mg 4x monthly per vile. Each vile only gave me a total of 1.5mg instead of 4mg
