The shipments are usually on time without any anxiety of possibly missing my weekly dose. I’m registered to get the GLP 1/GLP medication in a State that requires me to be in contact with a health care provider. The Dr is very attentive to my concerns my weight loss progress and to help and identify and adverse for significant reactions from using the medication. Sprout for me has been there to help with any issue I’ve had in the past 6 months

They were there when I needed them
They asked me questions about my health, responded in a timely manner and were able to talk to me when I had any sort of question. The medication got to me on time every time too. Frank Burton also was very nice and helped with exactly what I needed.

I have been with Sprout since January and have been very pleased with the customer service. They have a phenomenal customer service department. If you ever have any questions or problems they normally follow up within 24 hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My prescription had been mishandled by…Thank you for bringing back True Customer Service!
My prescription had been mishandled by UPS, which has been devastating, since I was already on the medication, and was in need of my tirzepatide. I immediately got ahold of UPS and told them it had never been delivered, even though I was emailed that it had been. I was told I would receive a follow up phone call within 24 hours to find out whether the prescription had arrived, I never saw the prescription and I never got the follow up phone call with the UPS. I fell through the cracks. I immediately called sprout Customer Service, and they not only handled it with five star professionalism, they had empathy for the experience I was going through. I was told that everything would be corrected as soon as possible and that I was a priority. And those weren't just words, I really became a priority and I have my tracking number for UPS.😬, we're going to try this again! Thank you sprout you have been absolutely amazing and I have nothing but positive affirmations to say about your team, thank you for understanding , and most importantly, this was never your blunder, and yet you took charge to make sure that I was taken care of. Thank you for bringing back " True Customer Service!"🥰

Sprout has been great for me!
I signed up with Sprout after my insurance company stopped covering my weight-loss meds. They were recommended by Web MD and the price was lower than most other options. I have been VERY pleased with my experience so far. Customer support is quick and responsive; they have answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly; and I've been able to pause and restart my subscription when needed. Two thumbs up from this girl!

Flawless experience so far! I got my meds on time and more importantly, I lost around 22lbs and Im on my 3rd week. I am considering to switch to their 3 months plan since this is working great for me. Thanks team Sprout!

I have gotten the results I hoped for from my subscription with Sprout Health. In addition, I have contacted customer support twice and received excellent responsiveness. I research everything a lot before I buy anything, and Sprout seemed a great value and the product has not let me down. My weight loss has been slow and steady without any side effects and the meds come in reliable timely manner.

I have been using sprout health for about 10 months now and have had a wonderful experience. Messages and refill prompt come in a timely manner and if there is a problem customer service is friendly. I had a small billing problem and one of their customer service reps, Frank, was able to help me with my request. Based off my experience with the doctors, customer service, and platform I would definitely recommend sprout health.

Overall a good experience
It is a little difficult to navigate how to get to information after signing up, but otherwise things have gone well. I also like that there isn't a monthly charge, just for the medication. Orders have arrived promptly with plenty of instruction.
