Hi I have been associated with John Shephered for more than 3 years.. The team is very supportive, I have got the beautiful house by canal with the help of Megan and she has been great support during the entire process. The best part is we got the house while we were studying and were international students, where most of the Agency refuse to proceed with students, John and Shepherd were exceptional, Megan helped us through the process and helped us to get the house. Thanks to the entire team especially Megan :)

Alex was great in following up on all of the questions I had about the property. He even took personal time on his day off to help me view the property on the only day I had, he was always fast with his responses and agreed changes regarding the property for improvements with the landlord fast. Lovely guy and was happy to help any any time and was the fastest process I have ever had with an agency. He allowed me to look around without the sales pitches.
