Melissa has been providing great service and quick responses to queries. Always willing to help in resolving issues as they arise.

Have recently had a new tenant move into my rental property. Mandi made the whole process easy and problem free. If I had any questions, and. she wasn't able to answer the phone, I would always get a call back quickly. How many times have you been promised a call back and it never happened. Not with Mandi. Professional and friendly service all round.

Our current property manager, Reemi Yasmin, has been e real addition to the team. Previously I have had some managers taht have not communicated well, but Reemi always replies to my emails, explains situations clearly and succinctly and I feel she genuinely does want to help me as a landlord

Agency is just ignoring me.
I do not know what happened, before contact with them was amazing, now... they are just ingoring my emails and phone calls.

I have got email about my inspection whivh should be 9th of july. I tried to contact with them, to move it for next week-thursday but they do not want to talk with me. I donot know where else I should call or what else I should do...

Probably after this review someone will contact me the fastest.
