It took a while to come. I love my Dallas Cowboys iron man helmet. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

Tracking was a little off initially but it worked. Item arrived as described in less than a month. It has to come through customs in Asia so be patient.

Delivery was too long and commuication was iffy, kept getting wrong until I put in refund. Mask look good, but doesnt all the way. and padding inside came apart on delivery.

They did a great job with shipping. The item had a few defects but they supplied me with replacement parts for free and I got it back to working order so five stars all around! It was just two minor defaults a light went out in one of the eyes of the helmet and a bracket was weak and broke but they supply me with two of each so great job! They even provided detailed instructions on how to replace the parts very easy and helpful.

Excellent commication and very well made product fast turn around too wasnt expecting so soon

I purchased two of these items and here’s what that’s happened

The first one took about a month to get and it had a dent, and the silver was very dull and had scratch marks throughout it

The second helmet, I placed two months ago, and I still have not received it

But I have addressed these concerns. All I get from them is that we are doing our best. We have a lot of orders sometimes the product doesn’t always come perfect.

The customer service did a great job in communication, with us. I appreciate the timely manner in responses to our concerns. We had unfortunately a lot of concerns from our package we got sent. Considering the time we ordered this package we understood that packages that were sent out would be delayed. However, I would have appreciated from the company if we got more clarification, updates, and information on the estimated shipment and about our package. In addition, once we got our package, we were excited to open and enjoy the iron man Helmet we got, it lasted less than 24 hours before the servers of our mask broke and the mask could no longer open up. The quality of the mask itself was amazing such as the look however, parts such as the snap in buttons to the mask immediately broke after trying to figure out the ongoing issue with our mask. Again it’s disappointing to find that a long awaited wait would bring our product to malfunction within the first 24 hours. However, aside from all this it was communicated to customer service and parts are being sent.

The product itself is high quality, and the customer service was prompt, direct, and helpful. Prices may seem high, but you definitely are getting everything you paid for!

Joetoys knocked this product out of the park. I cannot wait for football season. Quality build. Beautiful esthetics. I am a 54 year old man and I am delighted by this item. Good show, Joetoys.

Took a little longer than expected but they were good about keeping me updated and responding to emails etc. Arrived as expected and it functions perfectly. Would buy from again.

The product is really nice. Exactly what he wanted for his birthday. we paid $79 for delivery and waited a month for it. I had planned to buy them for my football fan sons for christmas next year. Now, I will not. I can't be sure I'd ever get them in time. Not a good experience

A great prop from great people. Despite some delays and shipping issues, I was well taken care of to ensure I got a great item.

The master chief suit is amazing!! Fits perfectly & is durable yet east to move in.

I suppose I would have liked more progress updates between ordering and shipping, but I was pleased that the company was able to improve upon the original arrival date. And the helmet looks and functions great! But there are a few scuffs on the face plate, and I would have preferred a pristine mask. If they continue to offer interesting products, I would order from them again.

While the shoes and gloves weren’t accurate to the game, it’s undeniable how well it all looks. It was well worth the wait and I’m grateful for all the work Joetoys has done.
