The suit came out perfect. The ordering process was simple and the communication on its status helped with the anticipation. Shipping was quick and it was packaged nicely in two boxes.

Amazing people who helped me get my helmet in time for my event. The quality is good and all is as expected.

For the price I was expecting a little more. Granted the total cost was $800 including duty which is a good $700 - $1,000 below normal full Dark Knight suits. But $749 is still nothing to sniff at. Beyond the mesh suit and mask I am having to replace the chest piece and bracers because the look isn't quite there. The molds are too bulky and stick out too far. While they may look fine on someone with a smaller frame they look silly on me. I will still tag JoeToys as makers of the suit, mask and cape.

Don’t get me wrong, this is a very cool product. I did however have some issues. The advertised shipping time was 3 to 4 weeks, it took 11 weeks in total for me to receive the helmet. When I did receive the helmet, two of the servo motors to lift the face mask were inoperable, so the mask only lifted halfway up. I will say, after reaching out to the team at Joe’s toys, they sent me two new servo motors free of charge. Those arrived in just one week, they said they would send an instructional video on how to install the servo motors, however, they did not. Luckily, it wasn’t too hard to install myself so the helmet is now operational. All in all, not the end of the world, but certainly not a flawless experience, definitely worth the purchase all things considered.

Shipping took a while but the product was of excellent quality and was definitely worth the wait!

First of all, the entire helmet is way too flimsy. The inner lining of the helmet was poorly done, with sections of it not being secured to the helmet. Because of that, the wires within the helmet were mostly exposed, with certain wires dangling around loosely. The most critical of it all was the fact that the right-hand side of the helmet does not function, as it did not open as commended.

I was deeply disappointed to receive such a poor done toy. The finishing of the helmet looks aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, but when it comes to the actual functionality of it, it was utterly, utterly disappointing. I will not purchase it again.

I’m extremely happy with the armor, the whole process was very good. It took about 3 months start to finish but it is fully customized to fit me and the seller kept good contact with me.
Terrific craftsmanship with very few flaws. Shipping was great, it came in 2 massive well packed boxes. I wore it right away to my first comicon and it was a huge hit.
I’m oooking forward to getting more costumes from them.

Customer service was definitely a plus. Questions are quickly answered, and they are flexible about things such as shipping.
The product itself is decent. Unfortunately the low cost shows. The groin zipper advertised is absent, seams frequently pop despite precise measurements given, and the stuffing pokes through the suit like little hairs.

Product was well made and as advertised. Only downside was communication on shipping and tracking. Was a little annoying not knowing when to expect product or be able to track where it was any given day. Expect this to be about a month from order time to receive it. Other than that, the product looks great and is well made. Definitely looking to buy a couple more pieces.

I bought a Halo Master Chief suit. Unfortunately, there were problems and one part didn't fit. Clara from customer service took care of the matter and offered me a good solution. Every email was answered quickly and in the end I am very happy with the result.
The suit itself is very well made and painted. Very nice work thank you very much I will have a lot of fun with it.

Great customer service. I purchased a MK 50 helmet on Black Friday, with expectations that I would receive by Christmas. I read several reviews indicating the difficulty of reaching Joetoys for delivery updates, but also observed more recent reviews that stated improvements had been made to response time. I contacted Joetoys twice with inquiries and received a response within the same day, and got the helmet easily by Christmas. Goes without saying that the helmet is awesome and functioned flawlessly.
