After seeing rat activity in my garden I contacted Joe Day Pest Control. He came out swiftly and did an inspection of the garden. He then advised on a plan of action he explained throughly plus precausions because I have a small dog which I ageed to he put the plan into action. He returned one week later done a inspection advised he would return in two weeks time. He returned and the treatment had been sucessful. I found Joe such friendly knowlgeable person extremely good at his job.I highly recommend and found his prices exceptionally reasonable.

Joe turned up promptly, did a thorough job, and has left us feeling like we are in safe hands.

Joe came round almost straight away after I found a bunch of wasps had infiltrated my lounge. He explained what he needed to do thoroughly and what I should be aware of and look for afterwards. Didn’t charge a call out fee but a flat rate which I was quoted before he did the work. Very happy, would recommend.

Joe was an absolute life saver when we realised we had a wasp nest in our loft I called him late afternoon on a Saturday and he came out within the hour to sort it all out we have also had a flea issue recently aswell we picked up the phone gave Joe a ring and he came and sorted within days thankfully we are now flea and wasp free

Joe came out within a few hours of calling.

He spotted issues another pest control missed and immediately fitted a cover over a damaged air brick to prevent rodents from accessing.

Then came out the following Monday to repair a damaged brick in the wall of a manhole also missed by the other pest controller.

Quickly addressing issues really put my mind at rest.

Joe saved the day getting rid of two wasps nests at the house I'm house and pet sitting at. Myself and the dogs can finally sit outside again and I can burn my 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle, happy days!

Can not rate the swift and professional service I received high enough. I have had to use Joes services twice within around 10 days for 2 separate wasps nests inside my walls. Hearing buzzing through the wall was scary as heck and the first one they found a way into the house.
I contacted Joe for a quote and he gave me a fixed reasonable price within 10 minutes of me sending a message. Cheaper than what the local council were asking for. Within 2 hours he had come out to my home and without any fuss he treated the problem in less than 15 minutes! The next time he was near the area so came round within 10 minutes and another 10 minutes after that the problem had been treated.

He was professional, friendly and polite. I struggle with social anxiety due to autism but felt at ease with him. He even gave me a slight discount on the second one I think because of my terrible luck!

I had a very good experience when this company did some work for the school when we had a major infestation of rats and after 3 or 4 different companies i rang this one responded and noticed the urgency of the situation and responded with due care quickly and effectively and if I have any problems in the future I highly recommend you use joedaypestcontrol
