Communication was good, but only necessary due to missing supply chain data and large deviation in delivery time.

Charged a subscription I requested to cancel
Honestly super inappropriate service. Not only were my monthly subscriptions not coming. After three months of not getting packages I messaged jockbox to cancel my subscription (like it says you can do on their website). Anyways got charged again this month.
Update as of 3.21.23 - was able to get in contact with staff and was able to get reimbursed for the charge. After everything though I have a really sour taste in my mouth. Sadly I do not recommend.

Although we have already spoken via email, I would again like to take this opportunity to apologise for the hassle you've had with shipping - unfortunately as I explained prior, when the customer selects untracked shipping there is no way for us to advise on the location of your package. Its out of our control once handed over to the courier.
Your parcels have unfortunately been affected by the drawn-out strikes by the UK's postal service which have now thankfully been resolved, however I appreciate your stance and your request to cancel.
Hopefully you'll give us another shot in the future,

First of all this is untrue - your order was delivered around 7 days after you placed it (as you're in the US). Second of all, you submitted a chargeback against us claiming that we had sent you fake/worn products. Luckily, we were able to show invoices and documentation to prove our products were sourced directly from the brand and the chargeback was decided in our favour.
I'm disappointed that you've not only tried to claim a chargeback against us, but also decided to leave a false review to add insult to injury.
We're a small business, please remember that when filing fraudulent claims to get your money back.
