Jockbox: Responsible seller
The seller is responsible and accountable for every purchase I made with them. I have a very unpleasant experience with DHL in which they had missed my order. But Jockbox here take the responsibility and helping me sorting out the issue.
For future reference, those we are purchasing with Jockbox, please do not use DHL as your fulfilment option unless you wish to not receive your paid parcel.

The delivery was grossly delayed
The delivery was grossly delayed. So much so that I had to cancel the order and ask for a refund.
This was my first order. The refund wasn’t processed fast enough.
Email correspondence was considered and professional.

Great experience overall
Great experience overall, delivery time was a little long from USA to UK and could have had more tracking info for the first half. Products are amazing, exactly as expected. It's difficult to buy this level of quality in local shops. I'd had some issue using my account reward points when placing my order, but customer service sorted this ASAP and I received a refund quickly.

I have only received one box, looking forward to the next for a real opinion.
I ordered this product in hopes for fresh underwear what I got was one pair of underwear and the rest were all jockstraps while I do like the jocks I really wished I got more underwear. The box was actually in a bag and the presentation for over 100 dollars was very lacking. I was expecting an actual box. I ordered from another underwear subscription at the same time to see what the difference would be, your bag did arrive first and I was happy with that although the other company had extras in the box like face cream and body wash and I thought that was pleasant for the same price range you all are.
