Can somebody tell me why Joanie aren't accepting online orders?. I've been trying to order for 3 weeks.xxx

Cannot get a response from customer service regarding a badly made t-shirt collar. I want to return it but don’t feel I should pay to as it’s not well made. Can’t return it until I hear from them
And time is running out on the returns period. Not good customer service and sadly , disappointed with the item ordered.

The lovelace cardigan is so nice - cute fern pattern, warm, soft and comfortable. Perfect for winter. My work colleagues complimented it. I would like one in every colour. Buy one!

I ordered 3 dresses and had to return 2 but the one I kept fits so well. If the other 2 had fit, I absolutely would have kept then they were gorgeous and so well made. The return process was excellent, especially as an international buyer. I look forward to getting more Joanie pieces!

Lovely dress, sizing is great and great to get on.

I have been looking for a par of tartan troos for ages so was very excited to be able to buy these from you. Just what I wanted. They arrived as and when I expected. I loved the fabric, they were well made, sadly, although the description had said that they were high waisted, they we much too high at the waist, and the size all over too big. I think I could have had one or two sizes smaller but the bother of posting and being unsure wasn't economical. Thank you Joanie I will try again in the future.

The dresses were a great fit and really nice quality

I ordered a dress in the sale, my first purchase with this company. A few days later I received an email telling me my refund was on its way with no explanation as to why. I assume they had mishandled the stock and my dress was no longer available- but, in spite of me emailing them to ask, they haven't replied. So now I have no dress and no explanation. Won't bother ordering again as the customer service is poor. An apology would have been nice.
