You have confirmed my order and taken my money . I have not received the goods or refunded the money. I have just found out the company has gone into administration

I'm still waiting for my purchase to be delivered!! It's been weeks and I've heard nothing. Disappointing

Unfortunately after being a loyal customer for many years I now have an order which obviously won’t be fulfilled, it says it has been dispatched and the money has been taken. No easy way to get money back. So sad to have ended this way.

Took my money, didn’t send me item and then went into administration a month later. Yay!

I have not even received the orders and went trying to contact them the page is not ability a scam

My parcel didn't arrive and have since read that the company is in administration.

Not received my items, not replied to any emails or messages about parcels whereabouts. Then posts on social media in receivership. Awful accepting orders when not fulfilling or trying to fulfil.

Ordered 3 items which were lovely but sadly didnt fit, sent back and received confirmation 19 Jan that return had been received, refund would be processed between 5-14 working days, (less £3 for postage which is totally acceptable) chased them up as refund still not processed, still no response more than 48hrs later, absolutely shocking service, should not take this long to process a refund. Will be using credit card to charge back if I don’t get a response by Friday. This has put me off from ever using again, poor show Joanie!

Sent item back for refund, and they received it over two weeks ago. Am still waiting for my refund, and nobody is responding to emails.
Won't be buying anything from them again. Shocking customer service

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes as wasn’t sure of size or style. Lovely shoes, definitely recommend the products, however, I accidentally posted in my return the one pair of shoes I wanted to keep and am left with a pair that I don’t. So what I stated as returned and what I sent back were different. I have sent three emails so far explaining my mistake as there is no phone number to call, it has been nearly a month since I made the return and I’m still yet to hear anything back from them, let alone any refunds. For such nice products, their lack of communication and customer service really lets them down. I’d really appreciate if someone could respond to my emails please.

I am missing an item from my order. I have contacted the relevant authorities and still haven't heard a thing. It's been almost two weeks.

Really lovely dress and great price in the sale! However, the style I chose was fairly fitted at the top and not great for me - I have a fairly short upper body. Sadly I had to return it and I'm waiting for my refund. I will definitely look again with the hope of buying something that will suit me. ...18 March and still waiting for my refund. Not sure what's happened. It seems the company is gone out of business so I won't be getting my refund.
