The ordered bracelet took a very long time to arrive, hence four stars. But the team was in contact with me through the whole process, and even returned the money to compensate. It was worth the wait! My boyfriend is very happy with his bracelet. Thank you.
For a long while I was looking for combat boots that looked good and weren't plastic. Eventually I found an Estonian company "Samelin" but couldn't order it directly from them. I chose Jo-Bolt as they were the cheapest resellers around. There was an issue with customs that was resolved swiftly - the shop owner contacted me as soon as the issue was detected. The boots are excellent, couldn't be happier, thanks.

Took ages to get an answer on whether they are actually existed and turned out that they no longer do. I ordered them for a birthday present and they didn't arrive. They did however give a refund which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1!
