I am having trouble adding a second card…
I am having trouble adding a second debit card to my profile. In the past I used to have two cards on my profile. However, a few weeks ago the JN Money Online system went down, and when it returned active, I needed to update my debit cards. Only one card was accepted at the time and I’ve been trying since to add the second debit card but it kept erroring out.
Additionally, I have downloaded the JN Money App from the Apple Store. Completed my profile, verification completed but I am having trouble getting the system to accept the addition of at least one debit card to be used as payment method.
I sent a request for assistance and still waiting for help. Thanks

JN website is down far too much. This is a terrible service. They must reconsider whether they should be offering this service. This is a mature financial institution, surely they must be able to do better.

It hasn’t been good lately.. the service is slow and I have to keep trying over and over… sometimes two hours before I get though. I hope you fix the problem as a lot of people depend on this service.

The website needs improvement
The website needs improvement. Whilst this is a convenient way of sending money from US to Jamaica, the website is oftentimes down/inoperable. I find this to be inconvenient. There are also times when account transfer takes longer than stipulated.

Although I’ve had some bad experiences
Although I’ve had some bad experiences, I’ve found the staff here in the UK and in Jamaica willing to do what’s necessary to resolve my problems as expeditiously as possible. I have also found that the people working on the frontline are extremely professional, courteous, helpful and empathetic. They are a pleasure to speak with and should be awarded with increase salaries. And I’m talking the staff who answers the telephone. They’re just brilliant 💯💯👏👏👏👏
