The styles of the clothes are great. Sometimes I want more styles in natural materials.

All I ever got was punctuality, quick to respond to your issues, clothes are of good quality and look the same in the pictures as in real life. Quick and fast shipping, good customer care.

I've purchased at least 10 pieces spanning from their summer, fall, and winter collection and my experience has been positive!! I love the textures, colors, and fabrics. These pieces have definitely elevated my wardrobe. You can find something for any occasion. I always feel confident in each piece and will always be a return customer.

I’ve enjoyed my purchases so far, but the sizing is hit or miss. None of the models on the website reflect larger or curvier frames, so it’s not easy to discern which size to get. I made a purchase and had to return it for a bigger size and pay for express shipping , but the exchange process also wasn’t explicit or overcommunicated. So I ended up paying out of pocket for the upsized item before I realized it was possible to exchange.

Otherwise the garments and accessories have been a beautiful addition to my wardrobe and customer service is very kind.

Most of the pieces are made from okay materials however the sizing needs work. Would still purchase from the store.
