I have been waiting for over a month for my items. Contacted customer service and they told me my order hasn’t been fulfilled. How long does it take for an order to be fulfilled. I understand my items were preordered items. But it shouldn’t take this long. So disappointed.

Shopping experience is great. I like when they have videos showing the items to get a better feel of how the really looks instead of only still pictures.

Whatever glitch in quality and uniqueness in style that happened a couple years ago seems to be corrected.
