This brand has become my go to brand. I love how fitting their clothes are. I like that you can dress items up or down and also look elegant or more fitted depending on how you are feeling.

My experience has been fabulous with their products and models, I love it and on one occasion I missed a package and they took charge of my refund, apart from the fact that I love their models.

My order arrived right on schedule, and I was genuinely impressed by the quality and craftsmanship of the sale item I purchased. The dress looked exactly as pictured on the website, which is always appreciated when shopping online.
Unfortunately, the cost of alterations ended up being nearly four times the price of the dress because of the intricate sequin detailing, so I haven’t had the chance to wear it yet. However, when I tried it on, it felt incredibly luxurious, well-made, and thoughtfully constructed.
I also love JLUXLABEL’s branding and overall aesthetic. The app has a clean, elevated feel that makes shopping easy and enjoyable, and I appreciate that they offer sales frequently without compromising style.

I recently ordered a dress from JLuxLabel and overall had a really good experience. The dress was BEAUTIFUL, photographed so well, and thankfully nobody had my dress or even my color at the event, I got so many compliments and honestly felt amazing in it.

My original dress arrived missing a stone detail, which was disappointing because it definitely added to the uniqueness of the dress. However, I reached out to customer service and they were very responsive and quickly sent out a replacement. Even though it didn’t arrive before my event, I genuinely appreciated the effort they made to correct the issue.

I also really love how unique and elevated their pieces are, and I’m already looking forward to shopping for my next event.

My only small downside is the return process and fees. While I understand the policy from a business perspective, sizing can still be tricky sometimes because every dress fits differently depending on fabric and body type — even with size guides and fit recommendations. It would be nice to have a little more flexibility there.

Overall though, I still had a positive experience and would definitely order from JLuxLabel again for a special occasion.

The clothes are always great quality. Reviews and descriptions of items are exact . Delivery is always on time . I’ve had an amazing experience with all the clothes I buy all my special events and summer outfits from here. I recommend to all of my family and friends all the time .

Overall, extremely easy process and very fast delivery. Pieces are exactly how pictured on the site and of good quality - a bit pricey but good. I haven’t worn or washed any of the pieces yet so more to come on material quality there.

I have ordered from JLUXLABEL quite a few times now. I consistently get questions and compliments about the pieces that I wear. I’ve not had any trouble with the shipping and the arrival times. I enjoy the quality of the garments for the most part. I do wish that we could upgrade the zipper hardware, especially on the pants and skirts so they can fit flush to the hip and waist even after multiple wears. My favorite piece is the black pleated wide leg pants. I love the movement on these pants. I’ve worn them countless times I actually had to have the zipper repaired because the lining tore away from the zipper and since I’ve enjoyed wearing the pants even more because the zipper was replaced with a higher quality zipper. I’m no longer having issues with the zipper catching the interior of the fabric or tearing away from the lining . I also really love JLux’s linen blend. I can pop one of the linen pieces into the dryer and it’ll knock all the wrinkles out in minutes. It makes it very easy for lasting wear.
