I required a new sensor cable for my rowing machine, which excellent value for money, so I contacted JLL Fitness. The response (from Rob) was immediate. Exceptional customer service!

Visited showroom to try out exercise bike,
staff very helpful and knowledgable.
Purchased IC300 Pro which is perfect for our needs also delivered on time.
Easy to assemble, good quality materials.
JLL followed up to check how we were getting on with equipment.

I’ve been searching Amazon and eBay for a replacement transport wheel for my spin bike. Without luck I went straight Jll ltd direct and it couldn’t h e been easier to get a replacement. Customer service was very quick and hassle free. Wish I had done so earlier.

JLL IC 400 pro stationary bike is value for money. Great quality. It feels like a real bike.

Excellent machine. Easy to use but having a high level of features. Good value for money well worth buying.

Bought a Treadmill through Amazon from JLL fitness, it turned up quickly and was easy to put together and use. We moved the treadmill while moving house and lost the bolts, I called to find replacement ones and their oversales customer service have been very helpful.

I have a spin bike IC pro. Absolutely love it! The price was competitive and great customer service. Would recommend thr company.

I bought a IC300 Pro spin bike in August 2020, as a regular gym spinner I was worried a home spin bike (especially one priced so reasonably) wouldn't be as good but I was proved wrong. This bike allows for heavy resistance, is quiet and robust. The screen although basic, provides all essential data and I find the RPMs very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this bike to anyone interested in an at home spin bike. Very easy assembly and great customer service.

Purchased a JLL Ventus 2 Rowing through Amazon. Really simple to put together. Being using it for an hour a day and it's brilliant. Definitely recommend. Just been in contact with their customer service and they've really helped! Excellent company!

Purchased a JLL CT200 Cross Trainer from JLL Fitness.

One of the parts was damaged during delivery, I contacted JLL customer support service and got an immediate response.
The team was able to replace the damaged part immediately (sent through mail, free of charge). They are very easy to communicate with. Loved their after sales support as well.

Really liked the cross trainer, does not consume a lot of space, easy to move the cross trainer around.
I move the cross trainer a lot especially when I want to watch TV while doing my cardio.
Works well until now.

The customer service team are fantastic, quick to respond and resolve any issues. Highly recommend, the bike is amazing and helping me hit my fitness goals in the cold months!

I LOVE my new exercise bike!
This is an upgrade from a beginners fold out bike.
The first one delivered started making a squeak sound, then a ticking developed. After following diagnostics, JLL were great and sent a replacement. No issues with the replacement. I use my bike 3 times a week, this is my first magnetic resistance bike which I'm really enjoying. This bike also has RPM (which wasn't mentioned in the spec, so that was great to discover). Unfortunately, it doesn't track total mileage (I like knowing how many miles I'm covering each month), and there's no phone stand. But it does come with a bottle holder and a water bottle. I would like to have more adjustment on the handle bars, as I feel like I'm leaning quote far forward to reach them. But overall, I love it, its a definite upgrade from my previous bike, comfortable and very easy to assemble and use.

Wonderful experience. Had an issue with the resistance on my IC350 Pro, and Amber helped fix the problem right away with great communication and replacement parts. Bike works perfectly now.

I needed a new console for my treadmill and couldn't find anything online, I mailed the enquiries line and had an almost immediate response, providing a link to purchase a new one. I did that this morning and received confirmation that it was processed within the hour - great customer support and many thanks!
