Rebound Fitness Recenzje

Really quality item, easy to assemble. Great service thank you.

I've been rebounding on and off for years as my current rebounder could not be repaired it was time to start looking for a new one that had replaceable bungees. Having considered going for a smaller diameter to get a better quality rebounder, I was so pleased and surprised to find the Just Bounce rebounder to be very similar in diameter to my current rebounder and cheaper than I had originally anticipated needing to pay. Ordering and delivery was exactly as promised - simple and fast. I'd watched a few videos of the set up before purchase so I knew it was not a case of opening the box and start jumping. Instructions were clear but I will admit there was no way I could have pushed open the rebounder as instructed. I needed my husband for that :) Attaching the bungees was easy once I got the hang of it. Again another video explanation really helped. Attaching them working from the inside out was a game changer. I haven't attached the bar but it's great to have if later down the line I want the added support. It's now day 4 and I've very pleased. The bounce is super springy, firm and stable and it feels really good quality. Also love that it came with 2 spare bungees.

Bungees came quickly and customer service is awesome!

Fantastic product. Easy to order. Quick delivery. Easy to put together. Access to fitness videos. Am loving this rebounder to help my fitness especially as I need low impact exercise.

Great product Easy to order. Delivered well.

It started with an email asking for advice about which rebounder would suit my needs & wants & lots of questions about their products. I received a reply almost immediately. I then ordered my preferred rebounder & delivery was made within 3 days. Great service, advice & rebounder is amazing. I would recommend Rebound Fitness to anyone who is looking for a great rebounder with excellent service.

The communication on delivery and such was great. My concern was when I placed the order I should have known right then that the stability handle was not available until a later date.

I would not have ordered it knowing my order would not be complete until nearly 2 months later.

I feel this should have been communicated immediately.

I recently contacted Rebound Fitness regarding spare parts for my cherished Fit Bounce Pro Rebounder, I was very pleased to receive very prompt assistance in ordering spare locking pins (even though they weren't listed on their site directly). I received the pins from their nearest warehouse within a few days, so good. A special thanks to Liza for the courteous and quick replies to my emails. Overall a great company to deal with, and I love the product (only experienced the Fit Bounce Pro thus far). I wish I had discovered Rebound Fitness earlier! They make products I enthusiastically want to share with those close to me, namely great rebounders! (Can't believe I was contemplating buying a treadmill before the Fit Bounce Pro). Thanks again, Rob

Very quick delivery and the product seems to be of a very high-quality. Admittedly, I haven't tried the competitors rebounders, but this seems to be an excellent option and very competitively priced.

Order # 98037
Please read all of this, a mistake on my part and a small omission on theirs that has been sorted above and beyond.
I have left the original full review to show my mistake.
A genuine purchase, I paid over £200 and was happy to pay this knowing that lesser quality rebounders for far less money are available.
The rebounder arrived very quickly and in undamaged condition.
However, the website shows this, (copied and pasted)
Includes:

Pro Gym rebounder
2 * Rebounding DVD with 7 exciting, fun rebounding workouts
Resistance bands for toning
Adjustable Stability Handle Bar if needed as a balance aid
Lifetime FREE Membership to 100s of awesome Online rebounding workouts for all levels and variety of genres/durations

Missing are the 2 DVDs the resistance bands and far more importantly the Adjustable Stability Bar.

I will adjust this review upwards if they respond to my email and send the missing items.
If they do not then I this review will be adjusted downwards.

Revised review,
5 plus stars....
This company did not answer the phone, but did reply to my email within 30 minutes.
All I had to do was photo the bar code on the external package, done.
My mistake, heaven only knows how I missed such a large box within the main box.
This contained the stability bar and clear instructions to fit it.
Their omission, missing dvds and resistance bands.
Although the dvds are probable superfluous because they offer a lifetime of videos on UTube.
The resistance bands are on their way.
Plus they are sending some free Grip socks and Gloves, they even remembered to asks what size I needed.
For me as a self employed trades person I always do my utmost to not make a mistake, but they still happen and I always admit when it is my fault and of course sort the mistake out pronto.
It is just part of life mistakes happen, for me a company that fixes a mistake and in this case very very quickly is a company to do business with.

Great customer service - really helpful

My sister encouraged me to buy a rebounder but not just ‘any’ rebounder but to look for a reputable brand.

After researching online and listening to many recommendations on You Tube I settled on the Fit Bound Pro XL with stability bar. I received my order very quickly! Amazing service!

I have had it now for approximately 2 weeks and LOVING IT. I can use it any time (no rain, no wind, no flies, no freezing mornings or sweltering days)!!

I started slow (as I’m in my 60’s), building up to 1 x 10 min session; then on to 3 x 10 min sessions in a day; and now I’m adding extra cardio moves as I progress.

I highly recommend this rebounder, based on my experience!!

Excellent customer service, they replaced my carrier that was damaged from shipping. Thank you Lizza

Really good quality product, speedy delivery. I would recommend

Very happy with my experience purchasing my 48" rebounder from Rebound Fitness. It was well-packed and arrived on time and in perfect condition. I also appreciate that it came 90% assembled. Instructions were easy to follow thanks to the video links included in my purchase. After much research, I'm finding that the FitBOUNCE Pro XL is proving to be the perfect rebounder for me. So glad I opted for the 48" rebounder.

I received a quick, friendly response and helpful service throughout the email exchange. I was very happy with the outcome. Thank you

Arrived within 48 hours. The previous day, the 'sorry we missed you' message seemed disingenuous after I waited in all day, and with no tracking available to follow, it felt that it was not out for delivery at all. It was still a very fast delivery for a large item, but this 'tactic' wasted a day of my life.
The rebounder is a fantastic product, very robust and a fantastic design, great value for money. The enclosed CD seems a bit outdated, who has a CD player these days, and I'm 72? A QR code to a private YouTube video would have been preferred, therefore I've not been able to access the exercises. However this is definitely the most convenient, effective and accessible way to exercise, at any age, every home should have one!

Very, very pleased with my Maximus Pro rebounder. I did a lot of research and landed on this one. It is high-quality and easy to use. I look forward to my workout every day.

I have been looking for a rebounder for several weeks and Rebound.fitness was recommended by “the rebounding nurse” on YouTube. The JustBounce rebounder was exactly what I was looking for! 36ea - 9 mm bungees, 8 threaded legs, adjustable Tee handle for support and superior quality build at a very competitive price point.
It was easy to assemble and provides a very stable platform for rebounding.
