I ordered a JF100 Home Exercise Bike from JLL which was supposed to be brand new. Unfortunately, when I took everything out of the box, I discovered scratches and scuff marks on almost every part. Looked to me like a returned item. JLL have a returns policy so i thought i could just call them and arrange a return because i was not happy with the bike. I rang their customer support line - 0121 328 7507 and it went to an autometed response to leave a message and a they would ring back as soon as possible. Over the next 3 days i rang and left 3 messages but no one called me back. I found another number to call - 0800 612 3988 but this number does not work. Just a message to say the number is suspended. I found an email address and messaged them to say how disappointed i was with the service so far and they responded with a message saying i could return it. No apologies or explaination. They bike was collected and JLL received the bike. It then took over 2 weeks to get my refund from the day they received the bike back. That was with a few emails to ask about the refund along the way. Really poor customer support. Would not recommend

Really disappointed, reported a broken part the day after receiving and 3 times since and still no response or replacement.

The delivery was early and on time, where I was told two man delivery, it was a one man delivery and myself, not a major problem but be aware that if the package is 49.9 kg it will be one man 50kg and above 2 man.
Once i had put the bike together, there seemed to minor damage which seems to be a manufacturing error. Secondly, the control knob for adjusting the handlebar assembly has changed its design, now a lever instead of a knob.
I contacted JLL via email and within 90 mins a representative had made contact via several emails and gone through everything with me and confirmed that that this was an update.
I can say that customer service (Rob) is very good.

From Order to delivery I have found the JLL experience very good.
Happy with the Spin Bike and on assembly no problems, first sessions have gone well, very quiet.

Ordered some gym equipment from them, decent price and delivered quickly. Exceptional after sales care.

I highly recommend this company

Avoid. Rowing machine broke within 10 months of purchase.
JLL then tried to make me diagnose the issue myself rather than sending somebody to check.
No idea if my diagnosis was correct. But then the assumed part I needed (a new belt) was out of stock and they couldn’t help me until it was.
They’ve ignored me ever since even after chasing a number of times.

Item arrived within week and was as expected

Bought a water rower a while ago from them so out of warranty. The tower has been stored in my bedroom the past year and the paddle inside the drum has snapped. Contacted jll to see if I can pay for a new part or better yet pay to fix it, they responded quickly at first but are now ignoring me completely after chasing twice. Now I got a large paperweight and have no idea what to do with it.

Response to the reply from JLL. You asked for a video initially but the conversation moved on from there and I asked what can be done next. I explained the part that’s broken and there isn’t many large pieces in there it could be. I asked twice what the next steps are so please don’t be disingenuous by making out I haven’t done my part. I appreciate trying to turn the tables on me and use my character against me. Well done. And good for you showing the internet how you treat challenge. Very big of you.

Great customer service and easy to replace my broken part

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered their top of the range treadmill. The delivery company they use are dreadful - terrible communication, tried to deliver to the wrong address and then damaged the item before delivering. All of the initial problems were absolutely the delivery company's fault. The guy in customer services was brilliant and so helpful. However - once the third (!!) delivery date arrived to exchange the broken and unusable treadmill arrived we took delivery of our new, intact treadmill only to open it and find they had sent the wrong item (their bottom of the range treadmill). To say I am disappointed is an understatement. We had already taken 3 mornings off work to accommodate the dreadful delivery company and now had to decide whether to take yet more time off for a fourth delivery attempt to get the correct, intact item or to accept the wrong item and accept a refund of difference in cost and a VERY poor compensation offer. We ended up accepting the latter as it was easier. The ONLY thing this company has going for itself is the guy in customer services. Apart from that their choice of delivery company is awful and their dispatch department is awful (wrong item sent). Do not part with your hard earned money - go somewhere else.

Received my bike in two packages. The smaller package was rather battered which was probably due to courier. It was a heavy box and packaging wasn’t really man enough for the weight. On inspection one of the plastic wheels used for moving the bike was totally smashed to pieces. Contacted customer service and they responded quickly saying they would replace the wheel so am awaiting delivery. On further inspection of the bar that holds the wheels have noticed the other wheel bracket is at a slanted angle (different to the bracket holding the broken wheel). Looks bent out of shape so have sent picture asking if this is correct but haven’t heard back which is 24hrs ago. Haven’t opened 2nd package yet which is why I would like to withhold my review so will revisit once my bike is built. The bike is very heavy and was delivered by one man. Not sure if this is due to courier but needs two man delivery.

I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase from JLL Fitness to look elsewhere. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. I ordered an exercise bike from them, and it arrived broken right out of the box. At first, they seemed willing to help, but things quickly took a turn for the worse. Despite several attempts to arrange a return, they refused to provide me with any clear method to send the faulty item back.

What’s even worse is that their communication became increasingly rude and dismissive as I tried to resolve the issue. Instead of taking responsibility, they made me feel like I was at fault for receiving a defective product. It was clear that once they had my money, they had no interest in providing proper customer service or making things right.

I regret not reading more reviews before purchasing, as it’s evident this company lacks basic respect for its customers. Save yourself the headache and shop with a company that values its buyers and stands by the quality of its products. I wish I had never dealt with JLL Fitness, and I won’t be making that mistake again.

Visited the store, was told to look online for flooring prices, lady totally disintegrated in giving information of pricing on gym flooring.

Purchased the 200 bike, would have been content and happy if it weren't for the belt squeaking. Comes and goes but having only had the bike for a week it's going back.

I love the range of equipment provided and that you can buy refurbished items at a really good price. However, what's really impressive is their customer service; prompt, friendly responses with a desire to help. If only more companies were like this!

Bought a IC400 bike, it’s absolutely brilliant. Sturdy and well made, loving spinning at home! Customer service from JLL has always been brilliant with everything I’ve bought and any queries I’ve had. Always quick to respond.

Snapped a pedal on my exercise bike got in touch with JLL Fitness and spoke to Amber within 5 minutes it was all done and dusted and 2 days later the new pedals were here! All so easy no fuss and all in all a top service..thank you
