The floor routing was quick with no mess, the pipes were installed tested and grooves filled with latex a whole area with two loops and about 150m of pipe were completed in about 6 hrs in total

Excellent cut out but…
Excellent cut out! Nice lads that came to do the install. My only criticism is that the 2nd lad that came to fit the manifold has installed it slightly out of level and the bottom fixings came loose within a few hours. Had to take them all out and replace with more suitable fixings which was tricky after it had all been piped up!

This issue has been brought up directly with the individual who fitted the manifold upon returning to the property after the original installation.

All perfect thanks to Eddie
After a lot of calls and stress for a few months before while we lined up our builder and JK's requirements, Eddie arrived on Wednesday and managed to get the full install done in two days, quicker than the estimate. He was able to reassure us and explain the process clearly. The install went generally without a hitch and the flex seal was done on the second day, quicker than we anticipated. Thanks Eddie you were brilliant.

Very professional and no mess

Neat and tidy job carried out without…
Neat and tidy job carried out without fuss while we were on holiday! Final bill took off some of the "extra over" cost for concrete cutting as not as much was required as originally thought. Went for the JK Flexseal option, so that floor was ready for latex levelling screed straight afterwards.

JK were extremely helpful from the time…
JK were extremely helpful from the time we met them at a show to the completion of the job. They provided consistent technical advice by print, video and on the phone and enabled us to prepare for the team's arrival.
The technicians were very skilled and completed the task of preparing, installing and bonding 80m2 in a very short time. although time wasn't of the essence for us, with longer working days they could have shortened the overall process time.
In summary, we are delighted.

Would have purchased the product but ..
The team were quick to give the quote and we were interested in the product. As it turned out because of our flooring we would have had to employ several different people so that the overall UFH could be installed. It would be so much easier if JK could provide a full service including levelling, drilling holes in walls, or anything else that is necessary to complete the job. I think if a full service could have been supplied we may have used the product,

Despite not going ahead with our services, we would like to say thank you for still providing us with a review and for the generosity in the 4 stars at that.
We would have loved the opportunity to have assisted you with the UFH works for your daughters property. After our original consultations there was a number of challenges in place with varying sub-floors, heights and levelling which meant that our system being installed wasn't as straight forwards as either of us would have hoped.
For areas around decommissioning of radiators, changing boiler systems and the potential removal of walls which our sales team discussed with your daughters husband, as we are only a UFH design, supply and installation company we were unable to assist with a full turn key solution which we agree would have deeply benefitted you with the level of renovation and works required.
We then do try our best to potentially recommend reputable contractors in your area that may be able to offer the kind of solution and services that we don't provide, but this isn't always possible to do so depending on the location of the property and the relationships we have in place in your area.
We do wish you all the best with the ongoing renovation and hope you are successful in your searches for a contractor who can take on the full works required.

Excellent technical support
I have underfloor heating by JK flooring installed in all rooms of the house. I recently needed some help with one of the pumps and the customer service and technical support has been excellent. James L assisted me to troubleshoot, guided me through various steps and provided suggestions how to resolve the issue.

We’ve had our system installed for over…
We’ve had our system installed for over six years now and our large bungalow has never been so consistently warm throughout all rooms… We’ve had a few technical problems but Graham Davies of JK has been amazing with either his telephone advice or home visits… couldn’t recommend enough!

No subfloor insulation no problem
Right o, well we have had our UFH system installed and operational for over 18 months, I cannot recommend this company enough from making first contact to them actually delivering their services and installing everything went super smooth.
Background as to why I went for JK, I live in a stone built cottage in northwales with a non insulated floor it was not an option to rip up the floor nor to add insulation on the top, so having the UFH cut into the existing floor was our option, but not being insulated had me a bit worried as to how much heat I would actually feel under my feet, I’d been told I may loose a little heat to the ground but I should definitely have a warm floor regardless, so I bit the bullet and we went for the system, I can tell you the floor very much gets warm! Me and the wife have said it’s a total game changer to the way the house is heated, the heat distribution around the room is so constant. No cold patches, it really is the business. Oh and drying clothes on a maiden in the winter is a dream, no more pushing up against a radiator to dry, place anywhere in your room and within a day your clothes will be dry,
Anyway enough rambling, if you’re unsure about jk floorheating don’t be!!!! It’ll be the best decision you ever made. 😎

Delighted to hear that the system gives you 18 months of heating comfort, especially given that your floor slab is not insulated as you mentioned.
The JK system being designed to still be the primary heat source in older buildings that don't carry insulation in the floor is further proven by your comments and we massively appreciate you sharing this with us on our Trustpilot audience.
You may have also have come up with a unique add on sale for us. A clothes maiden with every JK installation!
