Jigsaw Estates Recenzje

Jigsaw Estates were very helpful and prompt to respond to any queries or requests we had. A very friendly and professional team, highly recommend them!

Jigsaw really stood out from the crowd. Having bought and sold many houses over the years I feel this agency works harder and cares more than any of the other agencies - large or small - that I have had dealings with. Our contacts were Chris Oakey and Nina Horner and they both made sure we were kept informed all the way. They found us some great buyers and the sale went through amazingly quickly and effortlessly.

Through out the process of Selling my parents house I experienced excellent communication, advice and professional commitment from Chris Oakley and Nina Horner at Jigsaw . They understood exactly what it meant to me to be selling my family home, where indeed I had been born. They achieved 3 offers for the property in a short time period and where always available to answer my questions. I cannot thank them enough.

If it wasn't for Richard being involved as my estate agent, I don't think I would have moved!
Richard was really great giving sound advice and chasing up solicitors / other estate agents when there were bumps in the chain. He went over and above what he needed to do.
I have no reservations in recommending Jigsaws and would use them again if I was selling and they operated in my new area!

We recently purchased a home sold via Jigsaw. Throughout the process Richard was very helpful. Clear & responsive communications made our experience as first time buyers far less stressful than we had imagined it would be. If we need to sell up one day, I'd certainly be talking to them before anyone else.

Excellent service
When we were looking for a property we came across Jigsaw Estates ‘ properties and found the house we loved. Although the process of completion was long, Richard was very friendly and helpful and answered every question we had 😊. Also he met up with us every time we needed to visit the house. Our experience was amazing and we would recommend this company to others especially Richard. Thank you

I highly recommend Jigsaw Estates. As a first-time buyer I was apprehensive about the process, however Richard is extremely professional, had a wealth of knowledge about the properties I viewed and made the whole process seamless. I would definitely use Jigsaw for any future buying/selling of property as I know the process will be in safe hands.

Richard was really friendly and helpful - sale went through smoothly and with good communication all the way.

Jigsaw are, without doubt, the best people to sell your house through. They are super responsive, polite to deal with and happy to help with any query. Whether you have David, Chris or Nina, you can be guaranteed of a fast response to any query and they worked so hard on our behalf to exchange and complete in a quick time for us. I would recommend them without hesitation.

David and his team have been first class from start to finish. This was a particularly difficult process due to inadequate solicitors on my part and David communicated brilliantly between myself and the buyers. Without his involvement the process would have either folded or still be going on. I highly recommend David and all of his team for their professionalism, advice, support and dedication to ensure the sale of the house went through and the 100% support throughout. Thank you Jigsaw

Richard was very knowledgable and always on hand throughout the whole sales process. He offered great advice, using different sales and pricing strategies to get us the very best deal for our complex sale. The commitment and determination to find us the right buyer was unmatched and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Could not speak highly enough of Jigsaw. We recently bought a property that Jigsaw were selling. Nina and Chris were highly responsive throughout the process and ensured that the chain continued to move even through challenges. I would highly recommend Jigsaw, very professional and more importantly nice people.

This is the 2nd house we have sold through David and Jigsaw. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and driven. Most importantly, they are solutions driven and absolutely transparent in all communications.

Fantastic support throughout entire process. Engaged several times and always had industry best service and experience. Would highly recommend without any hesitation.

David... just brilliant, lovely guy, working away behind the scenes. Liaising with solicitors and estate agents.. A realistic valuation at the beginning rather than over valuation then reducing price.. David gave great advice on the property we should buy.. Jigsaw are brilliant.. Nina is lovely, Chris, lovely and fab photographer

As someone who has had less than stellar experiences with estate agents in the past, working with Richard from Jigsaw was a breath of fresh air. Recommended by my sister, I approached this collaboration with cautious optimism, but I was pleasantly surprised from start to finish.

Having dealt with unresponsive and impersonal agents before, I was delighted by Richard's commitment to excellent communication. He was always just a call or message away, promptly addressing my concerns or questions. It starkly contrasted my previous encounters and instantly put me at ease.

What truly set Richard apart was his ability to combine professionalism with genuine friendliness. Unlike past experiences where interactions felt transactional, Richard made me feel valued and understood. His approachable nature and willingness to engage in friendly banter made the entire process feel more human and less daunting.

In summary, I cannot recommend Richard and Jigsaw highly enough. Their exceptional communication, professionalism, and friendly disposition made what could have been a stressful experience surprisingly enjoyable. Thanks to Richard], I now have renewed faith in the real estate industry and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. If you're tired of mediocre experiences with estate agents, try Jigsaw – you won't be disappointed!

Jigsaw were an absolute pleasure to deal with, from start to finish. They helped us sell our home and it was sold on the first batch of viewings, at asking price! We were really really happy with everything, Chris and Nina were really amazing with us, keeping us informed throughout the whole process, and advising us at every stage. Very very highly recommended!

As first-time buyers, navigating the home buying process can be overwhelming. Jigsaw Estates, particularly Chris, our main point of contact, made the entire experience incredibly smooth and positive.

From our very first viewing with Chris, his collaborative and open approach was evident. He was always happy to answer our questions (no matter how basic) and truly listened to our needs and preferences. This made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the process.

There were unforeseen complications that arose between solicitors on certain matters. However, Chris stepped in and acted as an excellent mediator. His ability to communicate effectively with all parties helped to get everything back on track efficiently.

We highly recommend Jigsaw Estates, especially for first-time buyers! Chris' positive attitude, clear communication, and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole process significantly less stressful.

Jigsaw is the go-to estate agency to work with. They have unquestionably set the bar high in terms of overall client interactions and a rigorous focus on finalizing deals. We specifically worked with David, who was responsive, kept all parties on track and informed, and helped alleviate the stress of purchasing a home. After dealing with them, there's no other estate agent I'd choose over them.

Jigsaws were a fantastic agency to deal with in selling our property from start to finish. Their knowledge and understanding of the local market was very impressive! It was a difficult time for our family, but David and the rest of the team were fantastic; very respectful and patient. He was always available when needed and kept us updated regularly. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy throughout and that our sale completed as expected. We would highly recommend Jigsaws to anyone considering the sale of their property! Thank you David and the rest of the Jigsaws team!!
