FROM HIS FIRST PIECE , made from broken vintage items found at London’s Portobello Market, Jianhui has been creating versatile sustainable fashion from recycled and upcycled materials for almost two decades. His hand crafted wearable art is loved not only by style icons such as Iris Apfel and celebrities like Lily Tomlin, Dame Prue Leith but also prestigious art museums such as MoMa, Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago and Museum of Art and Design in NYC runs a special exhibition for Jianhui’s sustainable designs on Earth Day every year. Sustainability is not a trend, but a mission to use resources well and help make our planet greener. This belief is central to everything he does, with his recycled leather collection winning a sustainability award at the NY Now show and his ‘Aqua’ collection being made entirely by hand from recycled plastic bottles and newspapers. Jianhui’s designs and the way he recycles materials have been used as examples in Smithsonian’s text book about climate and sustainability for its worldwide youth education. Jianhui has also been invited for a talk at the Climate School of Columbia University during the Climate Week in 2023. And above all, his designs are flamboyant, playful and simply JUST BEAUTIFUL.

The customer service was excellent..& my purchases arrived very quickly..& extremely well packed. Am pleased with both items,..which were on the sale. They're very 'different' & unique. However, I do think that the descriptions of products online needs to be more detailed & extensive..& definitely more photos,..especially with jewellery, (for e.g.,..photos of the items on a model, to give a better idea of size etc., would be very helpful.)

I'm sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived yet.
The order was placed on the 12th July, Saturday, we posted with Post Office standard service, a service that you have chosen, on the 14th July, Monday. As you might've noticed at the check out point, the post office service may take 5-10 working days. Sometimes delays may happen due to the location of your place and the local post office service. Unfortunately it's not something that we can manage or control.
The other way to avoid delay is to choose our express service, for which we use UPS and it takes 2 working days for a parcel arriving in Europe.
We'd be really appreciate if you could contact us when this happens, rather than giving us a one-star review for something that's out our control. As a small business owner and an individual designer, we work very hard to give our customers the best service. That's why more than 95% of our review here are 5 stars. We are very grateful for our customers' support.
We did send you an email about the delivery after we posted your order. Today is the 7th working day since we posted your order. I hope it will arrive today or tomorrow. Our online store started using post office service to send our parcels worldwide since the pandemic. So far, no order has got lost in the post. Very occasionally it may be delayed for a couple of days.
Please be patient to wait for another couple of days.

So sorry to hear that you are not happy with the colours of the bag. Unfortunately there aren't any two bags the same as they are all made from recycled offcuts and leftovers. That's also the beauty of these bags as each of them is absolutely unique!

Purchase that Different Piece
Jianhui offers unique jewellery that is not widely available. I love the fun nature. It suits my slightly quirky personality well. The prices are reasonable especially since the pieces come from the UK to Australia.This is my second purchase.
