Very cheap items but very poor customer…
Very cheap items but very poor customer service. I bought some bracelets for a christmas present. My young nieces broke after a few days. They said due to it being over 30 days they couldn't send a free replacement so was wasting my time asking for pictures. Better to go to a jewellery shop where customer care is in place

My order never arrived and the when contacted the company they said it had been delivered and couldn't help any further. Still never recieved my order or any sort of refund. extremely disappointed

I think you might be mistaking your order with us with another order elsewhere because you emailed us on 2/9/2024 and requested a return because the item was 'too thin'. Hello I ordered a necklace and earrings from you that I would like a refund for as they aren’t what I was hoping for, however I’m having major problems with the returns portal, my order number has been confirmed & im correctly entering it into the field with my correct email address underneath but it is just saying it’s not recognised which I don’t see how is possible? Don’t know what I’m doing wrong somebody please help as I want to get sent back within the 30 days to enable me a full refund!!! If anyone can advise or help me with this please comment!
