Very easy website to use, they have all kinds of jewelry for both men and women. All of the products look amazing.

I am very happy with the customer service they have been really helpful and contact is so consistent! I have had a few issues with delivery between countries(ordered wrong size) but that hasn’t stop the helpful and amazing team that have helped me!! Now can’t wait to get my new ring! Thanks team!!

Just the options and easy customizations for the rings. If I ever have a future daughter or son, I will definitely be looking at jewelry from you guys again.

I found it difficult to get through to checkout and pay

Bought a few rings for myself and fiance. Unfortunately, I didn't like how my rings looked. It was pretty but much smaller than what was shown and looked cheap. Had comments that it looked like a toy or from the $2 store. My fiancé's band was a size too big so needed to get a smaller one. Went to send all 3 rings back for an exchange of the men's band and couldn't get a full refund for the two other rings because they were customized, which I understood, and was told 35% would be deducted for restocking so would only be able to get store credit for them. Spent almost $150 to send them back, only to receive store credit of almost half, if not less, of what I paid for the whole order because they will deduct their shipping fee from your ring orders which is definitely over $100 by what I got credited back for the three rings not including the 35% deduction for each of the two customized rings.
This took me just over a week to fully understand what was going on as I was being contacted by three different people with different emails being sent separately.
Wasn't happy with my experience and asked if I could get a refund instead of store credit as I didn't want to purchase from them anymore and they said no.
Not happy at all.

The ordering process was easy, a discount and free shipping was much appreciated. Now I await delivery of the product
