My parcel arrived half hanging out of the bag. I contacted you twice before leaving feedback but you couldn't be bothered even responding.
Edit: they claim not to have received my correspondence, but it all went to the exact email address that they list on their site for customer enquiries, from that exact site that they put in their reply to me . So that sounds like a Jetkrate problem, and quite a large one.

As for your shipment, it left our warehouse with the packaging intact, and it appears any damage occurred during transit. I was advised as soon as the goods arrived at Jetkrate and they sent them onto me as soon as I completed the request. Cost of shipping was reasonable as well.

Amazing Experience
Jetkrate is one of those services you don't know exists until you need it, then you're so happy it does!
I found a hard to find collectable but it was in NZ and they wouldn't ship internationally. I was extremely saddened until I started researching and found Jetkrate! And, lo and behold, they provided the exact service I needed!
They made it extremely easy to set up a free account and get an address. Once they had my item, they messaged me and gave me at least 4-5 shipping options so I could pick the best balance between speed and price. And I love that thet repackage to try and consolidate to save you on shipping.
If you don't purchase internationally, you'd never know Jetkrate exists but the second you need them, it's fast and easy. Will definitely use them again if I purchase more international items and need shipping help.

You selected the NZ Post Economy service, which, as noted during the selection process, offers the most economical rates with an estimated delivery timeframe of 3 to 13 working days. Your shipment was dispatched promptly on 2nd May after receiving payment on 1st May, and delivered within the expected timeframe by 20th May, which marks the 13th working day.
While we ensure swift dispatch from our warehouse, the delivery times can vary based on the courier's operations, over which we have limited control. We appreciate your understanding and sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused.

Excellent experience with Jetkrate
Jetkrate is excellent! They forwarded my recent shipment expediently, easily, and cost effectively. Australian suppliers had no stock of the item that I required, and no estimated availability; and the overseas manufacturer couldn’t ship to Australia due to supplier exclusivity arrangements. However, they would ship to NZ! Was very impressed - will definitely use your services again.

Surprised how easy it was
To be honest I didn’t think it was going to work - a package forwarding company but it was very easy to set up and nothing complicated about it. You buy products in NZ or UK - the company gives you an address and each product you buy, you send to them, they can combine and send it on to you. Very easy and what a smooth process. Would recommend and definately will be buying more in NZ! Thank you! Great experience!
