Stunning jewellery and amazing customer service. My fiancé and I travelled from London to pick our wedding rings and we weren't disappointed. The selection was so beautiful, and we we're kept informed throughout the process from ordering to delivery. The rings have arrived and are even more beautiful than expected. Can't wait to wear my ring 😍

The customer service experience I had in my in-person appointment was excellent from start to finish, and I really felt like I was cared for and that the advice was tailored and that I was listened to. I picked the Annie ring, which is gorgeous and the quality is amazing. I do a manual labour job and the ring hes held up great over the years last 2 years.

He got a ring from their partner company Steel & Flinn, the quality is fantastic. And it’s so pretty!

Customer service is amazing aswell, I recently had to get mine resized and they kept me updated and assisted me fantastically when I thought royal fail had lost it.
