My fiance and I had a ring designed for me through the Jessica Flinn custom service. Throughout the process (from our appointment at the showroom to receiving the ring) Grace was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful that we felt completely at ease. We've ended up with a beautiful ring that was exactly what we were looking for.

Alana and Grace have been really invested in helping me find the engagement ring of my dreams. During our first consultation, they took the time to get to know me and my fiance. Then they sourced stones that matched the colour that I wanted. I am so excited to collect my ring!!

I had the best experience with Jessica Flinn. I was lucky enough to be designing my engagement ring with my partner; we went to the show room to try on some rings. I explained what kind of style I liked and the first ring they pulled out was the perfect style. Then they helped me pick out a perfect stone and ahead we went!
Their communication was great the whole way through, and I actually have the ring sooner than I expected! I also changed from having the ring delivered to going to pick it up and they were super flexible.
I can't wait to come back and get my wedding ring in the future!

Amy at Jessica Flinn made the experience of designing my wedding band fantastic. I had a few rough ideas but wanted some help and guidance on which direction to go in, to match the engagement ring my fiancé designed with Jessica Flinn. I attended for an engagement ring consultation and the service was exceptional. Lovely location, staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about their products, my budget was probably on the smaller side for this company but I was never pressured to spend more than I could afford or made to feel bad for having a lower budget. I’m also a woman buying a ring for another woman and at no point was there even a tiny hint of homophobia or assumptions that a man must be involved somewhere. I opted for a custom ring and the initial quotes and images were sent to me the same day, I’m beyond excited to see the finished product!

There was great, helpful and quick communication when I asked about my ring and the lead time. Friendly service and they went above and beyond.

We had already had a great experience last Feb with our showroom appointment, but given that I am a _terrible_ visualiser I needed a little extra support when choosing my wedding band. The team were amazing, sending multiple pictures of a few different bands literally on their fingers alongside a ring the same shape as my engagement ring within a couple hours. My wedding band arrived and is *perfect* and I'm just annoyed it has to stay tucked away until our wedding in October!!

What a team at Jessica Flinn. They were recommended to us when we bought my engagement ring and the whole team are so welcoming, funny and knowledgeable. It was a no brainer to go back for our wedding rings. Their designs are beautiful and they’ll work with you to make sure everything is perfect. Need to find another excuse to go back for more jewellery.
