This company is a complete scam, items that arrived were really poor quality and nothing like the picture. I then returned the items in Dec 2025 recorded and signed from through Royal Mail which cost over £30 to send and it’s now April 2026 and I have still not received a refund. There is no way of prepaying the customs fee or getting in touch with customs and Royal Mail are not responsible as far as they are concerned, it’s a customs issue. I have been in touch with Jesse London many times. They are polite but essentially say they can’t do anything unless it’s released from customs. So your items go into a black hole which you can do nothing about and no one takes responsibility for. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IF BUYING FROM THE UK. A company like this in China should not allowed to continue selling to the UK. The website claims easy returns, does not mention the issue with customs and the fact it cost a fortune to return and is deceptive in that it makes you think they are UK based unless you look at where the company is registered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

These people are also masquerading as other companies - Lucy-Rose London, Wolker Hade and Azzoria. Thieves and scammers!

Complete mis advertising to hook you in to buy. They advertise as though they are in London when they are in China. The goods took forever to arrive and were so small despite them being sized correctly. It cost me £34 to send two items back to China.
Very disappointed and will never use this company again.

Ordered a zip sweater for layering and yeah this one stays in rotation now. Clean look, soft inside, nothing fancy but just solid overall. Stitching looks neat too.

Simple purchase, no drama. Sweater came early and fits exactly how I wanted. Been wearing it almost daily now.

If I could give zero stars I would. Con merchants - don’t be fooled by the name - they are not in London they’re based in Belgium and the clothes are from their warehouse in China. Atrociously poor quality and fit and so expensive to return that I just accepted the 10% refund as it would have cost me almost as much as the price of the suit to return it - not to mention the customs cost and hassle. Please don’t be sucked in by these thieves! ☹️

And don’t believe the message below about emailing them for a fair resolution. Their reply was that I had accepted the 10% refund and that had been processed. No mention of the fact that they were selling shoddy, poor quality and badly made products that aren’t worth anything. I had no choice but to accept the refund otherwise I would have lost half the price of the suit anyway and caused myself a lot of hassle. Always polite replies but they’re still a bunch of thieves!

Honestly just a really easy purchase. Everything came clean and nicely packed. No complaints.

Didn’t expect much from the coat but it’s actually a solid pickup. Warm, structured and not bulky. Arrived during rain and still came intact so that’s a win.

Took the winter boots out for a full day in the city and zero blisters. That alone says enough. They feel sturdy without being heavy which I liked.

This company is fraudulent, calculating, misleading and a HUGE MONEY GRABBING SHARK! I URGE CUSTOMERS AND THOSE PLATFORMS THAT HOST THIS COMPANIES CLOTHES TO STOP BUYING OR HOSTING AND TAKING PEOPLES MONEY! Hard earned money!!! THEY SHOWCASE THIER ITEMS ON THESE PLATFORMS BUT WHEN THE PRODUCT ARRIVES IT IS ONLY WORTH KEEPING AS A CLEANING RAG!!! They mislead you/ are very reluctant in returning your hard earned money! And then provide an address for a warehouse in CHINA!!! Which you pay extortionate amounts to be released for Customs and they DONT HAVE THE HUMAN DECENCY TO REPLY! RETURN OR COMMUNICATE. Please stay away and protect yourself! The internet has become a place where opportunists wait for innocent people to get trapped , ready to steal from them!

I ordered a lovely looking woollen cardigan and got a cheap poorly shaped long sleeved t shirt cut in the shape of a cardigan. I complained and they sent the most patronising email "

This company sells cheap, ill-fitting, inferior garments and should be shut down in the UK. They are nothing to do with London but are based in China at Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, 315100 Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. They expect you to pay to return your inferior item and its basically just a scam

100% scam company -DO NOT USE!
Ordered boots, 2 sizes too small. No contact number in use. Initial order confirmation stated they were very busy at this time and it would take a bit longer to ship. THATS BECAUSE THEYRE SHIPPING FROM CHINA!

CAN ONLY OFFER ME A 15% REFUND ON THE £40 PAIR OF BOOTS RECEIVED THAT WERE THE WRONG SIZE COMPLETELY. UNLESS I SEND BACK TO THEIR WAREHOUSE IN CHINA

Very poor experience. This company mislead customers in many ways. Firstly they give the impression that they are based in the UK, they are in fact based in China and this only became apparent to me in one of their update emails. Their website gives false information regarding availability of goods. I ordered 2 dresses which were listed as available, it is now approaching 3 weeks and having sent numerous emails, no delivery date in sight. They are telling me that I cannot cancel the order or get a refund and have to wait for the goods to physically arrive and then I will need to return them for a refund. Will never shop with this company again and the experience has certainly given me the awareness to not take anything at face value and to thoroughly vet companies thoroughly before parting with any money. So disappointed and I have reported to Consumer Watchdog.
7 April 2026: have now received goods which are of very poor quality and nothing like the photo on website. Having queried how I return, they have confirm what I already knew that they do not offer free returns as they do not have a department store in the UK. I would have to go through a customs process to return to China (which would cost approx £30) and due to the fact that they are very ECO friendly, they would prefer me not to return but instead to give the items to friends or family and if I did so they would then refund 10% of my total order value and for every three orders returned they would plant a tree in the world. Blatent opportuninists and they should not be allowed to get away this this. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
15 April 2026: Additional warning, their website still stipulates '30 day money back guarantee' beware this is not honoured in any way.

Do not use this company, dress I ordered weeks ago has not arrive. They do not answer any correspondence, suspect its a scam, if not delivery times are terrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

They mislead customers by advertised items which what they dont sell.Taking money,sent item, which was not been ordered and make it impossible to return due cost and complicate process (base in China). Means the customer will never have money back. the website Jesse-london has nothing to do with London or UK.
I did email them my order number( look the answer on my rv) , but never heard from them, don’t trust them!!!!!

I followed the return process exactly, however 4 months after posting my item for refund it has been sent back. I wouldn't rely on the return process for a refund.

If there was a way to give negative stars, I would. Order on 1 December but order never made it to me. They said that the delivery company stated, no longer at address and sent the item back. It's now March and according to these jokers, they still have not had the return and will not cancel or refund the order. Avoid at all costs.
