Given plenty of time to view cars on my own sales person not pushy. When I decided I needed help, I found the sales person was very helpful and listened to what I had to say and what my requirements were. Decided on a diesel fiesta, took it for a test drive, lovely car, ready to buy it then found out it had already been sold. It had been put back on the lot by mistake. Offered a 2nd fiesta same spec which was meant to be delivered at the same time as the first. Put a deposit on it with an agreement that if I didn't like it the deposit would be refunded. The car was expected to arrive in the next day or 2. It arrived a week and a half later with some confusion about it location. Love the car ideally I would have preferred the 1st one as it had lower mileage but can't fault the drive and saving money on fuel with it being diesel.

Viewed the car on auto trader contacted the garage and spoke to James who arrnaged a viewing and test drive no problem. Professional and friendly customer service all questions answered so bought the car.

Great service throughout from phone calls to delivery. Salesmen were very helpful. Delivery to door was wonderful and our truck driver was most obliging.

I would recommend to anyone who is after a fantastic choice of cars, can't fault one little bit, not at all pushy and very helpful indeed.

Horrendous experience last year at Washington Dealership ! Still not resolved to my entire satisfaction, but I guess that's just the way these, "companies," treat You nowadays !!!???

I recently purchased a new Seat Leon from "Jennings Seat" on the Mobility scheme. the whole experience was fantastic, the welcome and introduction by the sales Exec "Johnathon Stuttard" was very polite and informative "not pressured" which is always a put off.. He took me through the scheme and made it so easy to understand. After ordering the car Johnathon kept me up to date by telephone and E:Mail as to which stage the car was being built to delivery. I had contact with other members of the sales team during the process and they were just the same high standard that Johnathon had shown. I would highly recommend this dealership and have no reservations in returning again. Thanks to you all

First class service, friendly staff and customer service.

After having to scrap my car unexpectedly I was left with the choice of bringing all my luggage and Xmas presents home on the train or a £400+ rental!

Craige and the team at Jennings Gateshead pulled out all the stops to turn around my new car purchase in 48hrs! From Malc on the phone to Barry's (the manager) friendly welcome and Craige working his day off they were all professional in a non typical car salesman way (no offence guys). And got me on the road with a great deal on my new fiesta.
