Luke Farmer was a great help in onboarding us as a partner, very helpful informative member of staff, very professional.

Incorrectly inputed a meter reading and took over £12'000 via direct debit. Despite being told the refund would be 'expedited' it took over week to return the funds. They did however apologise via email (hence not 1 star) but offered no monetary compensation for their gain on interest or inconvenience.

I received support from Toni, absolutely first class.
This was a great experience and put to bed any concerns I may have had.

Nothing was too much trouble for Ian Glasson ... and as a newbie, I can assure you, I like to know the far end of everything. His patience was admirable.

I would not hesitate in using Jellyfish Energy again, I was given an amazing introductory 'welcome' rate and the rates that I had secured overall, were just as competitive as the 'Big 6', if not better.

Excellent customer service and local to me... loved the sweets! No brainer...

i wish if i could give minus star with this fraud company they are in the business with not any good intention , my change of tenancy is still in process with them like 2 two month and because its a restaurant they use significant amount of electricity and gas and they are ripping me off in out of contract rate, customer service are rude and bully . i feel bad who is in contract with them

Terrible Experience with Jellyfish Energy Company
I had a very negative experience with Jellyfish Energy Company for my business energy needs. They took a deposit from me, and now they are demanding an additional £693.16 even though they haven't supplied me with any energy yet. I'm still with my old supplier.

When I spoke to their collection manager, Thomas, he was extremely rude and unhelpful. He even told me to go ahead and complain to whoever I wanted, showing a complete lack of professionalism and customer service.

I strongly advise against using Jellyfish Energy Company. They seem more interested in ripping off customers than providing a reliable service. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reputable energy supplier.

Avoid signing a contract with them. This jellyfish company is a bit like a fraudulent company .They are very bad company. They charge you a lot, they cut your electricity for a small amount. There is no notice to come to your shop your shop to cut off your electricity. Even when you pay off their debt, they change your debt and say you have to pay more if you want your electricity back. It is unreasonable and charged randomly. I advise everyone not to use this rubbish company. They are not cheaper than a big company.

It's a very bad company. It charges 300 pounds a month. What ever summer or winter.There is no notice to come to your shop to cut off your electricity, and you have to pay 1,000 pounds to reinstall it. Great company so far, recently signed up to Jellyfish and the whole thing was a very easy experience unlike switching in the past. Called in to speak to somebody and they were very useful and helped me out immediately.
