Left a review on here two weeks ago, emailed the complaints department the same day and am still awaiting a response. When I rang Jellyfish they said that their website was misleading, and that you can't speak to anyone in the complaints department and just send an email. I've done that and am still now awaiting a response two weeks later.
Very happy to take the money and not engage with customers who have concerns about the manner in which the company has proceed in this particular case.

I have been dealing with a young gentleman named Callum who has been very helpful to me in sorting out a few problems in one of my offices with the electric meter. He is polite and on the ball, things now on track. Would recommend their service and prompt reaction to enquiries.

I have been working with Jellyfish as a broker for around 12 months now. During this time I have called on many occasions, I cannot think of 1 time I have been on hold for more than 2 minutes. Tori and the rest of the team are always helpful and quick to respond. The portal is great and I look forward to continuing our working relationship.

I've read a couple of reviews on here around tolerance charges. This seems to be the main area people are providing lower ratings. All I would say is if you are a new business, or your usage is expected to fluctuate. Select a product that provides you enough wiggle room. As a smaller supplier they have to forward buy your energy and have to protect themselves from being out of pocket. A broker should always support you in this area.

I spoke to a lovely lady called Toni, whom I got through to within seconds rather than being kept hanging on after going through 15 different options to press on the phone!

I was querying a Direct Debit I had set up but I emailed previously. She sent me DD form within seconds and talked me through it.

She was polite, calm and courteous and a professional human at the end of the line, something you don't get form AI and talking bots!

Paul is great and has always resolved any query we have on behalf of our clients. Often speak to Jake on webchat who is efficient and makes the process so easy when we need to raise or log readings. Response rates have always been rapid. Top guys and a pleasure to be in partnership with.

Recently joined Jellyfish energy and supply has not commenced yet but I am impressed with the ability to actually speak to someone and get prompt and helpful service for a pre-contract amendment required. Be very careful my bill due date is today 18th April paid in full but arrived at work to a bulling letter dated 16/4 staring they had been out to my buisness property to apply for a warrant to disconnect my supply when questioned on phone as to why ingesting this bullying paperwork its because ive cancelled the DD yes I did because 2 mthsivepaid my bill same day I've gotten the bill and then you have tried to take a double payment so you broke the DD guarantee
Now I'm happy to pay my bill monthly dontget me wrong but I will not be threatened by a company who bully their customers

Hidden fees in small print regarding Volume Tolerance. As a new business owner I was unaware of this clause and this was not explained to me by Jellyfish. Just been slapped with a £3k bill for not using enough energy. I’m a tiny shop open part time and the expected usage that jellyfish set me was clearly way more than I would need (75% to be exact). I could not have known this as it was my first year of business. This is devastating and unfair for small businesses. For business energy go with a provider that doesn’t have Volume Tolerance fees in their contracts.

Avoid avoid avoid. I wrote this review before and they told me to take it off because they were going to resolve the issue but never contacted me nor resolved it. Don’t ever sign a contract with them. You will only sign a form that you agree with their terms and conditions but they never show you the real terms and conditions since they change them however they want to in their website. They will charge you double the money just because you have spent more or less annual units than estimated on your contract. You think you’re paying less than other companies but you end up paying more than any other companies. And also you end up paying triple per unit even though you are on a contract. They just like to steal your money. And if you have direct debit they will take money from your account as they want, by saying this is a deposit and you never get that money back from the deposit. If you change the direct debit they will charge you £300. Also the staff is never helpful they always put pressure on you to pay fees without any explanation and they never send an email of confirmation or anything else. They don’t send emails to you as they don’t want you to have proof. We stayed 1 year with them as it was required for our contract, we paid all the bills on time and after our contract ended we got a new supplier . They agreed that we could continue with a new supplier as they told the new supplier that everything had been paid . After 3 months where every unit and all other services have been paid they sent a bill of £9,000 because we apparently had spent more units than the annual estimated unit. They also cooperate with 3rd party agencies don’t deal with them.

After a miss understanding with my bill I spoke to their collection manager, Thomas, and he was extremely helpful. He managed to sort my query out there and then on the same call. Very impressed.
