Scam
Ordered shoes. Was sent someone’s return. They got me to return the item back to the warehouse before getting refunded. I did that and was sent proof of the delivery to the warehouse . Yet never got my refund .

Odpowiedź od JD Sports New Zealand
We’re really sorry your shoes arrived with scuffs and appeared to have been worn. We understand how disappointing this is, especially when you then faced inconvenience with the return process. This isn’t the experience we want for our customers.
