I ordered a black Jordan boys t-shirt in a medium. After 2weeks shipping a white hoodie in an extra large turned up.
Went into store to exchange, no stock, no apology just gave me a refund.

Order cancelled days after paying and shipping advice.
I ordered 2 pairs of Hoka's.
Paid for them. Got the shipping info that they were on their way. Then I got another notification saying it was a split shipment and would arrive separately. These notifications were over several days.
Then, late one night, I got an email with a refund notification. I was like WTF? Then the next day I got an email from JD Sport saying the shoes I ordered weren't in stock. I was beyond annoyed. No call explaining, no options given, just bamm, no shoes for you. Well, no more business for you, simple. 🤷🏼♀️

False estimation and delivery delays
I chose the express shipping hoping that the shoe will come later today or the day after. I contacted the customer service and was given a link (after waiting a whole day) to an Australian Post tracker, but it had only moved until “shipping information approved”, and no more progress after.
It’s a shame how a reputable company have such an unreliable system and human resource.
I’ve given two stars because i know how hard it is to find a job these days. Do better.
